Pros:

The man who greeted us was amazing g and even took my bags to my room for me. Very polite and couldn't do enough for us. Very comfortable bed with tea and coffee facilities in the room, towels and toilet paper. Also a large tv. The room was lovely clean and warm. On leaving the lady who was covering reception helped us put the wheelchair and bags in the car too. I will definitely stay there again.. They do how ever,would benefit from an extra staff member. The main man who welcomed us,the manager is such an asset to the hotel. Thank you for a lovely stay

Henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä ja joustavaa. Hotellin ilmapiiri oli lämmin, välittävä ja kodinomainen. Ravintola palveli joustavasti ja ruoka oli hyvää.

Clean and comfortable stay.
Pros:

I liked the staff who were particularly helpful and friendly the room I stayed in was spotless with a large bathroom and plenty of storage space. The bed was comfortable and clean.
Very happy with my stay and would definitely stay in the future

Cons:

Honestly I can't think of one thing. I only stayed one night but it was great.

Pros:

The rooms were clean

Cons:

Breakfast was terrible we had to ask for butter after given breakfast 10mns later there was no one to ask for it and the becon was dry. I felt they looked down on us because of colour.

Pros:

Our second visit. Staff were welcoming and helpful. We are in our late 70s and staff went out of there way to make sure of our comfort. Breakfast and evening meals were first class. Everything was a really good value for money

Nothing, you only had to ask the staff and they would offer assistance

Perfect Stay
Pros:

This was a great location for the Triumph Factory Tour we had planned the next day that was about seven minutes away. Ideal if you need to drive a distance the day before and need to rest before the visit.
Exceptional value with an amazing breakfast choice. The staff were ultra friendly and couldn't do enough for you. Plenty of parking too .
Nuneaton is down the road if you need to go into town.

Cons:

These are Suggestions not Criticisms, but provide bigger towels as the ones we had were a bit small. Also provide a 1.5 liter bottle of water so you can fill the kettle easily for the tea and coffee facilities. We did it from the bathroom tap but most of the water came out when you tried to remove the kettle from the sink.
Couldn't get the hot water to work in the sink so not sure if that was usual but the shower was plenty hot! No soap in the shower dispenser so that needs to be checked before guest arrive but again some in the sink one.
Other than that Fantastic stay 👍

The hosts are working so hard to make everything right for a perfect stay.
Pros:

Friendly hosts nothing to much trouble an issue with the room was rectified in super quick time. Warm clean room tasty breakfast and coffee. Perfect base for visiting Twycross zoo and the Triumph factory tour both excellent. Thank you for our stay 5*.

Cons:

On the A5 no problem for us but maybe in summer with a window open the traffic noise may be a problem.

Fantastic budget hotel
Pros:

Booked as a budget option for a one night stay for business. The room was recently refurbished with a comfortable bed, decent size tv, tea and coffee in room and a very good guest wifi

Cons:

If i was nitpicking then the shower could have been more powerful but the water was hot

The room next to my bedroom was being refurbished impossible to stay due to loud noise i demanded a refund and booked a taxi and left.i dont think the owner understood the importance of sleep
