The room next to my bedroom was being refurbished impossible to stay due to loud noise i demanded a refund and booked a taxi and left.i dont think the owner understood the importance of sleep

Awful. No sleep, banging on my door at 3am while I was sleeping.

Everything. They banged on my door at 3am while I was asleep in bed, accusing me of smoking in the room. I let them in to check, as of course I’d not been smoking in the room. They soon realised their mistake but by that point it was 3am, they had woken me up and I was absolutely fuming!! Ended up having to find somewhere to sleep in my car. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Also said they was happy to do a later checkout until I’d paid for the room and then told me 11am is latest checkout and they can’t do anything to change it. Migrant hotel vibes also. What an absolutely horrible nights “stay” book the travel lodge down the road from here. You’ll regret staying here.

Excellent, comfortable stay.
Pros:

My stay here was brilliant, the room and hotel was very clean and staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The food was delicious, would definitely recommend their pizza. We had to be up earlier than when breakfast would be served, and Pav one of the staff members offered to wake up earlier and have breakfast ready for us, which was really lovely and much appreciated. The coffee was also perfect. Would highly recommend this place.

Disappointed, disgusted, unhappy
Pros:

I never liked anything about this property

Cons:

The room was very dirty, the bed had stains on, the bathrooms was mouldy, the towels had bleach on everything was just disgusting was very unhappy about this. Me and my friend tried to claim a refund and they would not get back in touch with us

definatley would stay again.
Pros:

The hotel is well decorated and tastefull, the owners are great, coul;dnt be more helpfull. The room was spacious and good value for the money. The breakfast was top notch. My only criticism was the weather was bad and it made a big puddle in the car park.

Cons:

The car park needs some work done.

Pros:

Great location for getting around, very attentive hosts, great coffee! Room was very nice, modernised, ground floor with a wet room. TV in the room, tea and coffee facilities etc. Plenty of storage in the room, comfy bed. Attention on breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

We spoke to the host (we stayed one night) to suggest they add something to the shower area floor, as despite some lovely textured floor tiles it was slippery once the water had been running for a bit.

Clean, comfortable and friendly. A lovely stay.
Pros:

The staff were very kind and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. The bed was lovely and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

There were no significant problems at this hotel. It would have been nice to have had a bar but we were told that there was one a short drive down the road which was helpful.

We wouldn't stay at this hotel if it were free.
Pros:

The fact that we did not go.

Cons:

The awful reputation that this hotel has which lead to us having no choice but to try to cancel the reservation, which the unhelpful staff would not do, therefore losing us the money we paid.

Peaceful. Exceptional. Happy. Worth every pence.
Pros:

Environment around the property was peaceful. During my stay I had really great interactions with the staff, they were really helpful and welcoming. The food is really good here, multiple options to choose. The hotel ambience is good and rooms are exceptional. They are clean and tidy. If anyone looking for a hotel in budget could be a short or long stay, but don’t want to compromise in terms of necessities, then this hotel is the best pick.

Cons:

There’s nothing much that I didn’t like about the property. As they are still developing, scaling up their hotel. Hope they maintain same standards as of now.
