Indoor and outdoor swimming pools were great.

Barking dogs on property- not admitted to executive lounge when paid for - had snack in restaurant after not being admitted to lounge and told no charge but was charged

Overall the hotel is very nice！

The nearby environment is still good, Qingxi Old Street is about 10 minutes by taxi, and underground parking is available at the hotel and parking is also easy!

The rooms are large in size and each room has a balcony! You can relax from the balcony watching the view in the distance. The room is well equipped with equipment such as LCD TV, mini fridge, kettle etc. The bathroom was clean and tidy, the hot water supply was stable and the toiletries were of good quality. The bed was soft and comfortable, allowing me to get a good rest.

The breakfast was very generous, the egg rolls and noodles were good! There are plenty of other options as well. The opening hours are also long, from 6:30 to 10:30 in the morning.

Swimming pool: open to 10 pm., the attitude of the gym’s staff is very good, the water of swimming pool is also clean. The sauna can also be used free of charge, and reservations are required in advance~

The service of the staff is very enthusiastic, all the staff will want to say hello to you and offer to help~

This hotel really brings a lot of surprises! The environment it is in is extremely beautiful, with shady trees and blooming flowers, making people feel as if they are in a painting. The space of the room is extremely spacious and very comfortable to live in. For family outings, it is simply the perfect choice. In addition, there is also a small zoo full of fun, which is undoubtedly a paradise for children. The indoor swimming pool is not only comfortable, but also there are not many people, so you can fully enjoy the fun of swimming. The breakfast is even more rich and diverse, making people's fingers twitch. The service is also first-class. The staff is attentive and thoughtful, and the front desk staff is as enthusiastic as fire, and can always meet the needs of guests in time. In short, this hotel performs excellently in all aspects and is definitely worthy of everyone's choice and experience!

As a frequent business traveler, the front desk helped me a lot during my stay, calling me a car transfer every morning, and taking care of me when it came to meals, which was a great experience. I enjoyed my stay and will be coming back often.

It is very rare to find such a large hotel in Shanghai, although it is in the suburbs, the environment is very good, far from the hustle and bustle of the city, and the small animals in the hotel are also very cute, suitable for a holiday to relax. The hospitality of the hotel staff introduced us to the hotel's activities and the surrounding tourist attractions, which was very nice!

This hotel is excellent. I was on a business trip and decided to come to this hotel. Coco Gu (Hotel Manager) was very nice and helped me a lot to make my trip even better. My room was very modern and always clean. The food was also very excellent and I had a lot of good times in this hotel. Walking in the outside garden gives you a nice feeling of nature. Everybody speaks also very good English. Thank you for my stay!

A very nice, modern Hilton hotel. The room is the prettiest I have ever been to in a Hilton hotel. Even though it’s far away from everything, you can stay there for a longer weekend or to relax somedays.
The attention of the staff was immaculate, Kim the front office manager was very attentive and made us feel very well after a long and troublesome journey from Europe. The next day we had to leave early and they booked a taxi for us, and even left us two goodie bags with breakfast and water for the road trip we had. This is by far the best attention any hotel can have, and it makes you feel special but also very welcome to return.
The hotel itself was empty, and as our stay was short, don’t have much to comment.
The internet speed could be a bit better, would make business trips easier I think.

Overall, great hotel with exceptional service.

We took our daughter to Fengxian for a sports-climbing competition. Lucy, a lobby manager, called us before our arrival to arrange the extra bed and the welcome sukiyaki dinner. She had our room temperature lowered below the standard setting at our request. The competition didn’t go well for our girl, and it was Lucy who put a smile back on our faces by making special arrangements for us. She really went above and beyond the call of duty. Bravo, Lucy! The hotel is new and is set in an ecological park that’s kind of in the middle of nowhere, and the hardware is impeccable. Don’t miss the jellied bean curd with the special condiments in the breakfast buffet; you won’t find it everywhere.

It’s a large hotel with very nice facilities and family activities. The room was new but with strong smell of renovations. Staff attitude were fine. Love the swimming pool and the little farm there which enable the kids to have some fun after the covid lockdown in Shanghai. Chinese restaurant was impressive. Breakfast is nice.

My wife and I recently enjoyed a delightful staycation in the Executive Suite at this hotel. We were pleasantly surprised by the exceptional level of service provided by the staff, particularly Coco and Richard, who demonstrated an unwavering commitment to making our stay as enjoyable as possible. The serene surroundings added to the overall sense of relaxation we experienced during our stay.

Although we were disappointed that the saunas were not operational during our visit, we remain eager to return in the near future in hopes of enjoying this feature. The breakfast and Executive lounge offerings exceeded our expectations, and we appreciated the extra touches that elevated our overall experience.

We are eagerly anticipating the opening of the nearby park, although we are unsure of the exact timeline for this event. Nonetheless, we look forward to returning to this hotel for another memorable stay.

Spent a week here for a company event. This is a new hotel that just opened last year. As it’s still new and the weather is still cold, we are about the only ones staying at the hotel

The suite is modern and of course new. The restaurants are not crowded. The gym equipment seems creaky for “brand new” equipment

Service throughout is good

Lots of outdoor spaces and even an outdoor pool but too cold at this time of year

I assume more guests will come for the labour day and summer holidays
