Hotel is not closed to city, but you can have good meals in restaurants inside hotel.

Situation : loin du centre ville de Shanghai, les déplacements sont donc long
Le niveau d'anglais du personnel est faible. Difficile d'obtenir un service correspondant aux demandes.
Un soir je suis rentré tard (22H30)... pas de solution pour manger ... même pas un petit sandwich
En dehors des services de l'hotel, difficile d'avoir d'autres services (information ou réservation d'un taxi par exemple).

Indoor and outdoor swimming pools were great.
Breakfast was below what would one expect: no fresh orange juice, no skimmed-milk.
Barking dogs on property- not admitted to executive lounge when paid for - had snack in restaurant after not being admitted to lounge and told no charge but was charged
Overall the hotel is very nice！
The nearby environment is still good, Qingxi Old Street is about 10 minutes by taxi, and underground parking is available at the hotel and parking is also easy!
The rooms are large in size and each room has a balcony! You can relax from the balcony watching the view in the distance. The room is well equipped with equipment such as LCD TV, mini fridge, kettle etc. The bathroom was clean and tidy, the hot water supply was stable and the toiletries were of good quality. The bed was soft and comfortable, allowing me to get a good rest.
The breakfast was very generous, the egg rolls and noodles were good! There are plenty of other options as well. The opening hours are also long, from 6:30 to 10:30 in the morning.
Swimming pool: open to 10 pm., the attitude of the gym’s staff is very good, the water of swimming pool is also clean. The sauna can also be used free of charge, and reservations are required in advance~
