Pros:

Fui bem atendida, café da manhã bom.

Cons:

Ar condicionado não resfria o quarto, depois que eu fiz uma limpeza de lavar os filtros de ar melhorou, deveriam dar a manutenção, muito calor.

Pros:

A Cama é confortável. A limpeza estava dentro dos padrões. O café da manhã é simples mas estava bom. No momento que cheguei no Hotel a atendente Monica me tratou bem.

Cons:

Infelizmente tive constrangimento antes da hospedagem, Sra. Luiza entrou em contato comigo através do WhatsApp do Hotel para confirmar a hospedagem e quiz receber antecipado pela hospedagem , sendo que no anúncio da Plataforma da Booking eu poderia pagar no ato da acomodação ou até mesmo cancelar a hospedagem sem nenhuma cobrança. Acredito que a Plataforma tenha que rever esses procedimentos junto aos Hotéis que estão cadastrados na Plataforma e esteja agindo em desacordo com as Regras da Plataforma da Booking, pois da mesma forma que os Hóspedes tem deveres e obrigações e direitos os Hotéis também tem que cumprir essas regras para que os Hóspedes não se sintam constrangidos e tenha uma estadia tranquila.
