Cons:

The lack of a front desk was odd. I wish someone had said that the front desk was the host at the restaurant in the hotel.

Pros:

The room exceeded expectations; it was very well organized and stocked with everything we needed. The view and natural light from the large windows was amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful and the location is beautiful starting at the entrance. There is a very nice restaurant and bar on site with additional options within walking distance. It is also very secure with an elevator that requires a key to access room floors.

Geweldig verblijf gehad! De kinderen vonden hun slaapkamers geweldig!
Pros:

Hele mooi ambiance, ook erg leuk restaurant want onder het hotel zit(niet echt voor een gezin) maar zou er graag met me partner gaan eten. Leuke hippe buurt

Kamers echt anders dan anders maar zeer fraai!

Nice clean room, but understaffed and over-priced

Good location, nice clean room

Cons:

For this price there should be a proper reception lobby with a human being to greet guests and deal with early/late arrivals and baggage storage. They also add a “resort fee” on top of the room charge but don’t provide any resort amenities.

I called and was told there is staff to help. Not true. There is no staff here to assist us. We were fine with that, just didnt like being told there was staff
