Lovely stay.
Pros:

Stayed overnight for a wedding. Had a lovely welcome from the chap on reception. Everything explained well. Plenty of parking available. Room was big, well equipped (hairdryer, tea/coffee, iron, ironing board. Clean and comfortable.

Cons:

My only criticism was that the shower cubicle could have been a bit bigger, especially given the size of the bathroom itself. There is nowhere to put toiletries while you are in the shower and while I have no issues bending and picking these up from the floor some people might do.

Very basic room nothing to write home about
Pros:

Food and restaurant was good

Cons:

Staff were not overly friendly and the room could have been cleaned better. No details in the room re breakfast menu or local attractions. A bit sad that the pool was not included on the Friday Sat or Sun for hotel guests. Kept being woken during the night by noisy doors closing.

Great location nice place to stay
Pros:

The hotel was modern and clean, we had a wedding and they put on a fantastic day.

Cons:

The room was very nice and big but lacking in lights, no roof lights only beside lamps and a table lamp, you could do with a light over the mirror to get ready

Very disappointed wouldn’t stay again
Pros:

Location was fabulous. The staff was brilliant but the room wasn’t like it was advertised, for the money you paid I was expecting a little bit more. You had to move the kettle to a different location to boil. It could do with air conditioning when the weather is warm or hot as being in the bungalow part the window is the only ventilation and it opens fully and at night you are wery to leave it open.

The towels were not even put on the radiator correctly and there was no welcome book and no safety measures etc etc. For this price I have been to hotels and had breakfast included and the facilities much better. Also no mention when you book in regarding WiFi and no code given.

Wouldn't stay again
Pros:

Not alot ,venue to spread out.

Cons:

Rooms cold ,bathroom van made it extremely cold. Walls paper thin could hear people talking. Doors slamming all night ,couldn't wait to get home hence checked out at 8.00 am in morning.

Over priced for what it is and rooms not as good as Premier Inns

The location and lovely views.

Cons:

I asked for two rooms next to each other, we were put at opposite ends of a corridor. The booking said the rooms had air conditioning - they did not. Because we had booked through Booking.com were were told that it would cost an extra £20 per person per night to use the spa when all we want to do was just swim for about an hour. This would have added another £160 to our total bill for 4 of us just for a swim. Food was nothing special and portions were huge. More quality less quantity would have been better considering the price was just as expensive as where we live down South.

Great stay, would definitely stay again
Pros:

Clean, brilliant convenience for wedding. Spa on site. Restaurant on site. Big spacious room.

Cons:

Would have been great to have a fridge in the room. Lady on reception was rude and not very helpful.
