Très bel hôtel, mais nous sommes visiblement tombés sur la mauvaise chambre
Pros:

Nous sommes arrivés aux alentours de 21h et des réceptionnistes étaient là pour nous accueillir malgré l'heure. L'hôtel était très beaux et luxueux. Un parking gratuit était proposé.

Cons:

La chambre que nus avons eue était très petite, et la fenêtre donnait directement sur les conduits d'évacuation de la clim. Nous en avons entendu le bruit toute la nuit. La propreté de la chambre, mais surtout de la salle de bain n'était pas irréprochable.

お値段以上です。
Pros:

今回は2度目の宿泊でした。
丁寧なスタッフの対応や行き届いた設備とサービス。インテリアも上品なヨーロッパ調で心地よい空間。

Cons:

特に無いが、ホテル滞在時に予約無しでも利用できるレストランやラウンジがあるとありがたい。

遅い到着でしたが、スタッフ対応良かったです。
今回は、素泊りだったので、次回利用するときがあれば、朝食を頂きたいた思いました

良いホテルなだけに残念
Pros:

①フロントスタッフさんが特に良かった。
➁朝ごはんが美味しかった。
③ベッドも快適にぐっすり寝れた。
④ご飯屋さんが周りにたくさんある。
⑤赤レンガパークや砲台跡等が近い。
⑥G出没した時の対応も素晴らしい。

Cons:

アンケートにも書かせていただきました。
①おはようコップが汚れていた。
➁ウォシュレットにウンチが付いていた。
③ジェットバスを動かしたら毛の塊が出てきた。
☆本清掃とまでは言わないけど、最低限の清掃はした方がよい。メイクスタッフにしっかり注意願います。

Pros:

Great location - right by the water with an excellent view! Smooth and easy check-in, and large room.

Cons:

The wine fridge was broken and the whole property was a little amenities-light, but honestly it was nearly perfect.

まさかのスイートへのグレードアップで広々とした部屋とジェットバスを堪能しました。

Cons:

スイートに泊まることがないのでよく分からないのですが、１ドア冷蔵庫の冷凍庫がなかった。冷蔵庫も電源のオン・オフのみで強弱の設定もなかった。暑い時期の利用だったので何を入れても冷えなくて残念だった。

普通によいホテル
Pros:

お湯がすぐ出てシャワーの勢いがあって、シャワーヘッドがいい感じ！！
エアコンもすごくよく効く！
ベッドもふかふか気持ちいい！！
フロントも丁寧に対応してくれました！！

Cons:

あの部屋だけと思うけど、バスタブに熱くて尖ったものが刺さったような穴があって、溶けたようにウネウネして黒くなってて不快だった。
お風呂浸かろうと思ってたけどそれ見てやめた。
部屋の玄関の明かりと、部屋奥の明かりがベットから消せないタイプだから、たったひと手間だけど眠いときにめんどくさく感じた。
