At least 10 minute walk from East Maizuru station even if you take the city bus
Shuttle bus service has to be booked one day in advance
No master switch for the room, so you have to switch lights off one by one, a minor annoyance

Location near the ferry.

Cons:

Room was damp and smelled musty. The hotel was ok but is in serious need of an update. That said, it's in a small town and off the beaten track.
