Great overnight stop for rail travellers.
Pros:

Excellent location for the Garibaldi and Centrale stations, with a warm welcome everything you need for an overnight stay. Room was clean and shower and loo worked well. Within walking distance of several vegan restaurants and cafés. Pricing seems reasonable given the location.

Cons:

Might be awkward if you didn't know your roommate well as shower opens directly off bedroom - but I don't know if all rooms are the same.

Great base for exploring Milan
Pros:

Great location, within walking distance of most places of interest, with plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, and the room was clean. Overall, given the location and easy access to public transportation, it was a great spot to explore the city. We didn’t try the breakfast, so we can’t comment on it.

Cons:

The amenities are quite basic. There were only plastic cups in the room, with no spoons or similar items. There was also only one set of towels on arrival in a room booked for two, but this was resolved the next day. The rooms are not as large as some of the reviews suggest. However, given the location and the price point, we were fine with this.

was a fun place...wish we could have stayed in town longer. great restaurants nearby, too.

staff was incredible. they were very nice in allowing us an early check in. they arranged our travel to Malpensa. everyone smiled and were genuinely

Cons:

the AC didn't seem to want to work....thankfully, we could open the window and get a little breeze...the room was a bit small...it was hard to access our bags AND move around the room.

Pros:

Albergo molto moderno e nuovo, posizionato magnificamente a 15 minuti a piedi dalla Stazione Centrale e a 15 dal centro città. Molti ristoranti e bei locali nelle immediate vicinanze, supermercato dall’altro lato della strada. Camere ampie e pulitissime. Staff super gentile e accogliente, con una nota speciale di merito a Sania, miglior receptionist di sempre.

Cons:

Piccolo suggerimento per un 4 stelle: migliorare i cuscini (o almeno offrire una possibilità di scelta ma magari è colpa mia che non ho chiesto se ce ne fossero altri) e inserire qualche piccola comodità in più (soprattutto per il bagno).
