El alojamiento estaba muy descuidado, el personal no era ni atento ni servicial y en la mañana al despertarnos no había agua
No se veía como en las fotos y no había agua en la mañana. El hotel en general estaba descuidado.
El hotel es cómodo, todas las habitaciones tiene vista hacia la alberca y al jardín. Cuneta con mucha vegetación lo cual lo hace muy bonito. Todas las ventanas en la habitación cuentan con mosquiteros evitando los insectos al interior de éstas. Originalmente reservamos en planta alta, sin embargo, viajaba con una persona adulta mayor, el personal nos ayudó a disponer de una habitación en planta baja lo cual favoreció nuestra estancia. Cierran la alberca a las 9:30 lo cual favorece el descanso para todos los inquilinos. Cuentan con alberca amplia y chapoteadero. Si cuentan con estacionamiento, aspecto que brinda seguridad cuando viajas con tú propio vehículo. aun cuando la zona en la que se encuentra es muy seguro. El hotel cuenta con rampas de accesibilidad, y la zona es muy tranquila.
Las playas más cercanas son Puerto Angelito, Manzanillo y Carrizalillo de un lado, mientras que del otro esta playa Bacocho. A un par de calles se encuentra el mirador con una vista espectacular, Sin embargo, las playas se encuentran apróximadamente a 10 minutos en vehículo.
El internet es muy irregular, la señal se interrumpe constantemente, que no te permite navegar adecuadamente, por lo que si vas a trabajar, es muy dificil navegar. Si bien casi todo el personal tiene muy buena actitud en la atención, sólo un chico de recepción tiene una mala actitud, todo el tiempo se muestra molesto, de ahí en fuera las demás personas nos atendieron increíble. La limpieza la hacen muy bien, sin embargo, se mete un poco el olor del caño por el desagüe de la regadera, por lo que cuentan con tapaderas.
Estuvo bien, solamente en la recepción quería que el pago se hiciera en efectivo, según la señora encargada que porque el internet falla y tuvimos que darle la mitad de lo que traiamos, al final la otra parte sí la cobró con tarjeta, pero parecía que quería que a fuerzas fuera en efectivo porque en la primera ocasión, nunca hizo el intento.
Un poco descuidados, porque el primer dia no hubo servicio de toallas. Hay un garrafón para tomar agua, pero, nunca tuvo agua :(
Lo bueno es que sí está limpio y la alberca funciona hasta muy tarde.

Without a car a lot of long hot walks (or taxi rides) were needed to go to dinner or the beach.

The room was clean with ceiling fan. Bed was comfortable. Pool was lovely, big and refreshing. Night watch was attentive, and ensured lights where on to access room in the dark. Front gate is locked at night. Secure facility. Nice grounds, and well kept. Chairs and tables with umbrellas at pool side. Restaurant choices nearby
It seems common in the area to have seating not lounges by the pool. I would have liked to lounge and read by the pool. Not a deterrent to a return trip.

Rooms were run down. Needed cleaning and paint. No soft pool furniture...all hard plastic and uncomfortable.
The grounds are ok but they could clean the slime off the paving stones by the pool
The staff were rude (they didn’t want to admit me even though I had a reservation, insisted on cash and only provided a receipt after an argument; the wifi was hit and miss, the power was out for hours one day, another morning there was no running water, my shower quit working the final two days, and they didn’t clean the room every day so I had to go ask for toilet paper (I wound up buying my own)
The staff and location were excellent and all my needs were met during my stay. Hotel provides basic amenities and I did not need more than that. Next time I will probably stay in a room with a refrigerator
