Cons:

The lady who check me in had ain’t have me n the system so the next morning house keeping come knock on my room door saying my room say I’m check out hour after I check in they gave someone else my room while im n there so go to the front desk they tell me the lady never put me n the system that’s why my room showing im nt there so I showed them where I had payed want go back here no more to stay

I paid for hotel stay then I was refused service for no reason
Cons:

I arrived to the location 2 hours after I made my reservation. The lady at the front desk told me my reservation was canceled and they had no vacancies. It was after 1am and she was rude, so I left and took her word for it. I left and booked another room somewhere else. The next morning, I noticed the charge was still pending. I went back to the hotel (a different lady at the front desk) told me my reservation was confirmed and the lady I saw the night before put us in as a no-show. Overall horrible experience. I would never book this hotel again.

It was ok….just wasn’t a good time to stay there…everything seemed to be falling apart..

Elevator was down…ice machine not working…indoor pool was ice cold…staff left early…seem to be short handed…breakfast was ok but didn’t have decaf coffee…only offered 2 juice choices…the next day only one….had dirty kid clothes in drawers from previous guest…

pretty much everything was worth the money , staff friendly

Cons:

they were no complimentary breakfast stated bacon the board but was none, no Danish , no bagels , no toast , only just waffles, oatmeal and cereal

Very disappointing

The location was good. It was around food places.

Cons:

I didn’t like that we went down to breakfast at 9 o’clock on Saturday morning and Sunday morning and the breakfast was empty. We asked staff if they were bringing more out and they said they wasn’t the juice. Machine was empty. Their waffle machine mix was empty the containers for eggs sausage and biscuits was empty. The only thing that was full was the gravy. There was no milk fruit looked bad bananas were soft and had already turned brown and mushy was very disappointed that we chose this place for the breakfast and got charged extra for it and still didn’t get to have breakfast. Had to pay extra money to go eat somewhere else and we stayed three nights. The staff did not talk to us while we were there at one point the front desk lady acted aggravated because she had to get up and let us in the door she was on her phone when we walked in did not greet us very disappointing. Don’t know that I would stay here again and probably wouldn’t recommend it.
