Located in the airport it was perfect. Felt very luxurious and comfortable! We will stay again!
The room was spotlessly clean and well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The view of the river and skyline was good. We received excellent service with our luggage upon arrival and it was stored until the room was available and dropped to the room when it was. The desk staff spoke excellent English and were extremely helpful.
Proximity to airport and transportation. The room was small but just enough for a short stay. We didn’t have enough time to enjoy the spa but the fitness facilities were top notch h
I think the staff should assist you with your luggage. Or at least offer

Superb location for a layover, or the night before an early flight. Beautifully appointed suites, with lovely bedding and bathrooms. Quality toiletries, coffee and tea, and complementary drinks and snacks. The real star though is the beautiful onsen on the roof.

More information in writing re the lifts ie have to change and go to another wing to get to top floor. Not obvious that the gym was free so missed out on 2 days.
So convenient to aitport and great onsen facilities and lovely room.
