It was easy to find connected to Terminal 3. The facility was clean, the staff were so courteous and the room was very spacious for a family of five.
That I didn’t stay an extra night to utilize the onsen.
The location at Haneda Airport Terminal 3, from where our flight was departing early, saved us an expensive taxi ride. The monorail, which we took from the City, delivered us right on Level 3 of the airport terminal, one floor above the hotel.
The basin/vanity area in the bathroom could have been bigger, especially in a room meant for two people. The bath towels are thin and small and do not feel luxurious. The Toto WC cover doesn't open and close automatically. The second bed is pushed against the wall.

I liked everything
A very well appointed hotel in the best of all locations to Terminal 3 of the airport. We had dinner the 'Italian themed' restaurant........a very restrained take on the theme!
Control of room temperature not easily understood for those unable to read or speak Japanese!
Location to the airport terminals
Couldn’t use the spas in the morning because of cleaning. They should clean overnight.
Second stay at this hotel and fourth stay at one of the Haneda Villa Fontaine hotels. The Premier is worth the extra money compare to the Grand: easier check in, onsen pass included, nicer rooms with views of the river. I had some $ in my Booking walled to soften the price.
I enjoy the service and the onsen, especially before a long flight.
