Confortable et pratique qd on doit partir tôt
Pros:

Sa situation au sein du T3 vraiment pratique pour les départs tôt. Le confort et le silence de la chambre. Le fait d’être accueilli par du personnel et non une borne (valable pour le premium).

Great hotel for a stopover
Pros:

Very quiet rooms and super clean. Great location for our stopover

Cons:

This is a small thing but the staff were not keen/able to recommend a restaurant outside of the hotel. The concierge said their phone wasn’t able to make outside calls..

Pros:

Excellent Hotel close to the airport amazing Onsen
Very comfortable bed. And toilet is amazing. Highly recommend.

Cons:

The only issue is that it isn’t close to Tokyo. I found the trains hard to navigate and a taxi expensive and the traffic terrible.
However, if you just staying to be close to the airport, it is an amazing hotel

Stunning hotel with exceptional service. First class treatment all the way

Cons:

Given it’s an airport, the views aren’t the best we’ve experienced but the attentive staff and impeccable facilities made it a wonderful stay.
