Pros:

El apartamento está muy bien. Cómodo, buen aprovechamiento del espacio.

Cons:

Creo que no está bien insonorizado, mucho ruido de la calle que impide el descanso nocturno.

Cons:

No me gustó que no hubiese calefacción aunque estaban los radiadores. Pero bueno, el aire acondicionado a modo calor ayudó.

Céntrico, confort y calidad
Pros:

Ubicación, el apartamento está reformado y con todas las comodidades, nos gustó mucho!

Cons:

Lo malo es el ruido ya que abajo hay una discoteca y el sábado estuvieron toda la noche gritando, pero es lo que hay, es el centro, unos buenos tapones para dormir y listo

Schöne Unterkunft inntoller Lage, extrem laut und ohne im Dezember!!

Dir Unterkunft war sehr liebevoll und neu eingerichtet.

Cons:

Die Heizung hat im Dezember nicht funktioniert und auch bei Nachfrage nach der 1. Nacht gsbves niemanden, der sich darum kümmerte.
Wir sollten um 2. Stock untergebracht sein, aber der Schlüssecode funktionierte dorr nicht, deshalb probierten wir es im 1. Stock. Dort öffnete sich die Tür und somit dachten wir, dass dies unser Appartement ist.
Am nächsten Morgen schrieb mir jemand von der Unterkunft sehr unfreundlich, warum wir im 1. Stock sind, da dort Gäste ankommen würden. Ich erklärte, dass dies die einzige Tür war die öffnete. nach meiner Nachfrage erklärte sie mur, dass alle Appartements einen Code !!!hätten. Somit hätte jeder aus den
3 Wohnungen in diesem Haus dort einfach in unser Appartement gehen können, da man die Tür von innen nicht verschließen kann!!!! Wirklich ein sehr unsicheres Gefühl!
Zusätzlich war es bei geschlossen Fenster so laut, als wäre das Fenster offen. In dieser Gegend wäre es notwendig ein Schallschutzfenster zu haben, damit man bei dem Lärm draußen vor 2:00 Früh einschlafen kann.

Cela pourrait être un excellent choix... s'il n'y avait pas tant de bruits
Pros:

Bel appartement pour 2, bien équipé et propre. Petites attentions comme le café, des thés et des fruits à disposition.
En plein centre de Madrid très pratique

Cons:

Le seul gros point noir : une mauvaise isolation globale. On entend beaucoup trop les troupeaux d'éléphants descendre et monter les escaliers de l'immeuble jusque tard dans la nuit. Surtout claquer la lourde porte d'entrée. Nous étions logés au 1er étage... nous étions donc gâtés.
Beaucoup de bruits également dans la rue Tetouan là aussi tard la nuit et tôt le matin.

En el corazón de Sol
Pros:

La ubicación excelente, muy cerca de Sol, y en una zona con muchos comercios, restaurantes y bares. El apartamento está totalmente reformado y es muy bonito y muy nuevo, además de cómodo, pero es cómodo para cuatro personas, para seis el sofá no es cómodo. El baño de abajo muy estrecho pero tiene el de arriba, más amplio para compensar.

Cons:

Se escucha todo por la noche porque las ventanas no son aislantes, y con lo ruidosa que es la zona.
