Ennenaikaisesta sisäänkirjautumisesta veloitettiin 15€ maksu, joka on melko paljon 1 tunnista. En ole aiemmin vastaavaan törmännyt.
Kylppärissä saisi olla enemmän laskutilaa, sekä suihkukaappi, jotta koko kylppäri ei kastuisi.
Ulkoa kuuluu äänet myöhään yöhön viereisistä ravintoloista, joten korvatulpille oli tarvetta.
Todella hyvä sijainti jos tarkoitus käydä Linnanmäellä.
Hyvä sijainti, siistit ja hiljaiset huoneet. Todella hyvä aamiainen ja vegaanisia tuotteita. Erityismaininta tofukokkelille ja nakeille. Kunnonkokoset pyyhkeet ja hyvät pesutuotteet.
I had a wonderful time staying at The Folks hotel - great staff. Location was also great for me with an easy tram ride to down town. The hotel is at the old Train Yards where there are many many restaurants & bars. Since it was the World Cup there was a large TV screen next door which was perfect. There are also 2 supermarkets about 100 meters away. Will definitely stay here again. Not to far away from Helsinkis last wood fired sauna.
The showers in the hotel were just weird - water going everywhere due to lack of shower screens. The hotel also needs a larger sign facing the street & perhaps another sign where you can turn in with your car, to unload. Parking was very expensive.
Amazing breakfast, water quality in Finland is on another level, neighborhood is plenty bars and coffee shops
Beds are slightly worn
Very clean and accommodating staff.
They are not customer-centric, and the staff are not well-trained in guest relations.

The location and atmosphere of the hotel are great! Room is big and bed is comfy. Includes sauna and gym! Staff was super friendly.
It's not very accessible with heavy luggage, including stairs and long hallways with heavy doors. The room was pretty cold. No coffee in the room and small cup at the reception is 5euro.
