Value for money. Good base for Tokyo
Pros:

The location is good. Room was ok size for our group size of 3+1, with some cooking utensils and washing machine quite helpful. There is a coin laundry within walking distance with dryers. There's a family mart next door, although we mostly did our shopping at the Tokyu store supermarket at the JR station south exit.

Cons:

No cleaning until 6th or 7th day piles up the garbage very quickly. I think it would be better if we could at least leave the daily garbage bags outside the room for cleaning staff to clear. TBH, it maybe an option too, but I could not verify since there is no reception to check this out. Not having the room made up daily didn't bother us, but the garbage piling up did.

Absolutely awesome place to stay. Especially after coming there straight from the airport after exhausting flight. VERY comfy beds, close to the airport and easy check in.
