Pros:

In therms of Tokyo i was very surprised. Location is almost in heart of Kabukicho, stuff were amazing, toilet is separate from bathroom and you have lot of space. Escalator is fast and there is no noise in evening.

Cons:

You can smell a cigarettes little bit, but after a while you don't notice it anymore.

ギリギリ痒い所に手が届かなかったが、全体的にはよかった
Pros:

安いし立地がいい
スタッフさんの対応が、全員良かった

Cons:

部屋に備え付けのドライヤーがふたつあり、そのうちひとつが付けた途端に火を吹いた
凄まじい煙とやばい匂いがしたのであれは取り外した方がいいと思う
流石にビビった

あと風呂と洗面台以外に鏡が無く、洗面台にはコンセントもないため、ヘアアイロンなどは鏡を見ながら使うことができない
スタッフさんの対応が良かったためスタッフ用の鏡を貸してくれてなんとかなったが、百均のでいいので 備え付けておいてくれるといいかも。

あと、ベッドとベッド台の間に百円玉が落ちてました

Pros:

Travelling from Canada, was a great choice if you are backpacking on a budget in a great area and the price was great for the amount of time spent during my stay.

Cons:

Overall doorways were very short so if your tall maybe not the best stay bed was hard but clean wouldn't worry about bedbugs but the room itself was not super clean dust everywhere on the ceiling wallpaper falling off the walls but the rest of the room was very clean. Overall it's backpackers paradise and not for the faint hearted.
