La ubicación y el personal es lo mejor que tiene sin duda.
Fuimos para una única noche y bastante bien.

Cons:

El hotel en general se ve antiguo, necesita una reforma.
Lo mismo con la habitación, la cama no era muy cómoda y está todo antiguo.

Pros:

The rooms were big. They changed the towels everyday. It’s close to Shibuya station and Golden Gai.

Cons:

The rooms are nothing like the pictures posted in Booking. When we complained about it, they said that “the pictures are old”. The wallpaper was coming off, the walls had stains, it was overall dirty. There was a lot of cigarette smell in the room, they didn’t even ventilate at all before we checked in. It’s a love hotel used as an hotel.
It’s located in the “red zone” of Japan, it was surrounded by love hotels, clubs and girls/boys bar.

全然良くないです、一つの部屋、シングルベッド2つを予約したのに、ツインルーム代16800円支払いました、その後、返金してくれず、なんの返事もありませんでした、もう泊まりたくない
