DO NOT STAY HERE
Pros:

Prpoerty? NOTHING. Breakfast was best part of the stay. Room was SHEET

Cons:

Paid £100 for:
Had to ask to get breakfast before 0800 specially like it was an issue.
A tiny room up four floors with no lift overlooking dirty rooftops. TV wasn’t working because the network kept dropping out. No toiletries in the room anywhere. DIRTY bathroom with electric shower that was constantly freezing cold then scalding hot. This is after a freezing night because the heating went off automatically and couldn’t be turned back on.
Breakfast was best part of the stay. Room was SHEET.

Great location, friendly staff, recommend for a nice weekend break
Pros:

Location was perfect. Staff were very professional, friendly and helpful especially Morgan. Food was amazing, we had breakfast and Sunday lunch, highly recommend

Cons:

Lack of packing spaces available. Windows could not be left open, needed a support in place. Plus only one opened.
The phone in the room had a very bright LED screen which was off putting when trying to get to sleep.
Wall are also very thin, so could fully hear neighbours upstairs who came in past midnight and then proceeded to watch tv and talk loudly

Beautiful little hotel right opposite the beach.
Pros:

Staff were amazing and so helpful. The hotel has been decorated very well and the beds were so comfortable.

Cons:

Although the hotel offers free parking permits it can be difficult to find street parking spaces during high season but this is true of the whole seafront area and not a fault of the hotel.

Great place to stay.
Pros:

Great location.
Hotel is beautifully decorated throughout our room was a good size. Plenty of tea & coffee provided in the room. Even provided sachets of oat milk. Lovely smelling toiletries provided.
Delicious breakfast, cooked to order. Catered for my fussy tastes!.
Tom & Megan are excellent hosts.
Definitely recommend.

Cons:

Disappointed we didnt have a sea view, but appreciate not all rooms can.

Lovely Hotel
Pros:

An absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel Ocean. Such a lovely hotel, clean, modern and very well located on the sea front. Breakfast was really good with a great choice. My fave was the fresh fruit salad, the yogurt & compote so tasty. Although the sausages with the full English were good too!
We cannot wait to go back.

Unfortunately no onsite parking just zone parking on tight not very welcoming residential roads they do provide a parking pass for zone A for the duration which is good though

The best Bottomless brunch in town x
Pros:

We went here for a bottomless brunch for my birthday, the cocktails were fantastic and the food was even better! Thankyou to Tom and his staff who were all very welcoming.

Friendly staff warm welcome we stayed in room 9 it is on the top floor and there's no lift not a problem for us but could be if you have walking difficulties
The room was clean and beds was so comfy I didn't want to get out of it
The fridge in the room was a bounce and plenty of tea coffee would of been nice to have fresh milk left in the fridge instead of UHT milk on the tray but thats just a personal preference but we just popped to the shop and got our own
The shower was good
Nice view of the seafront from the room
Breakfast was yummy all good quality produce and the staff were so helpful nothing to much trouble
This hotel is a little gem definitely made the right choice looking at other hotels in the area
