Unser 2. Besuch war ein Reinfall
Pros:

Wir waren zum 2. Mal im Aja Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Die Lage ist fantastisch.

Cons:

Das Zimmer lag zur Straße. Da es keine Klimaanlage gibt, musste das Fenster geöffnet werden. Unterhalten, Fernsehen oder gar schlafen war bei geöffnetem Fenster allerdings nicht möglich.
Die Zimmer werden nur alle 2 Tage gereinigt, was aus Nachhaltigkeitsgründen akzeptabel ist. Allerdings findet diese Reinigung zwischen 15 und 17 Uhr statt, da vorher die Zimmer gemacht werden, wo ein Gastwechsel stattfindet. Meistens kommt man um diese Zeit vom Wandern etc. und möchte sich fürs Abendessen fertig machen.
Da während unserem Aufenthalt sehr viele Kleinkinder anwesend waren, war es beim Frühstück und am Pool extrem laut.
Dusche und Waschbecken sind nicht separat, das ist gewöhnungsbedürftig.

This was by far the best hotel I ever stayed at. I loved everything about it, however I was not happy with the cleanline

Cons:

The cleanliness of the rooms. It should get cleaned more often. Our bed wasn’t made in 6 days. We needed towels daily due to water leaking from the shower.

Pros:

Gute Lage, schöne Wellnessanlage

Cons:

Überteuert, kaum Auswahl bei Süßspeisen beim Frühstück und beim Nachtisch vom Abendessen, sehr unpersönlich, keine Antworten auf Mails erhalten.

Pros:

Everything was clean, children liked the spa, breakfast was great

Cons:

The staff was very bad in speaking in english and it caused many small misunderstandings. I booked family room for 4 but the room only had bedding for 3, after i told the reception we got a pillow for our child but not the blanket, they tried to charge me twice for the drinks etc. Nothing big but still a bit annoying. Showering in the hallway of the room with seethrough glass door was also weird

Die Lage war gut. Das Frühstück reichhaltig und lecker. Das Ambiente ist ansprechend.

Very close to train station for a trip to Innsbruck. Close to great restaurants too.
Fantastic breakfast.

Wir hatten tolle 2 Tage
Pros:

Tolle Anlage in super Lage. Wellnessbereich mit Schwimmbad hat uns sehr beeindruckt. Parkplätze kosten zwar 18€ am Tag dafür breite Parkplätze geschützt in der Parkgarage mit Zugang zum Hotel. Sehr gutes Frühstück

A fairly new and modern hotel. Standard breakfast. Medium-sized swimming pool, although excessively chlorinated.

Cons:

There were cockroaches in the room. The hotel staff said that they did not have any problems with insects and that the cockroaches had come from outside. I have stayed in many hotels and countries, and this was the first time I had ever seen cockroaches in a hotel room. Please bear in mind that there is no air conditioning in the room, so in hot weather it is impossible to stay there, and sleeping becomes an ordeal.

Ein wunderschönes Hotel in bester Lage mit sehr komfortablen Betten.
Pros:

Das Hotel hat alles was man braucht. Schöne Zimmer, sehr sauber und alles was man sich wünscht. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und die Sitzplätze ausreichend. Der Spa-Bereich ist wunderschön. Da lässt es sich aushalten. Rundum ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Cons:

An einem Tag wollte ich mein Zimmer nicht gereinigt haben und bekam einen Zettel an die Tür gehangen, dass am nächsten Tag mein Zimmer gereinigt werden wird. Das passte mir gut, da ich eh beim ZUT laufen war. Als ich nach dem Lauf zurück auf's ZImmer kam war leider nichts gereinigt, die Handtücher lagen noch auf dem Boden, Mülleimer voll. Ich war zu K.O. um nochmal zur Rezeption zu gehen, wo man mir sicherlicht geholfen hätte, dass nochmal jemand kommt. Am nächsten Tag sprach ich die Reinigungskraft darauf an, die sich dafür entschuldigte.

Tolles Hotel in zentraler Lage mit sehr gutem Frühstück, schönem Pool und ruhigen Zimmern.
Pros:

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt und würden das Hotel definitiv weiterempfehlen.
Besonders gut gefallen hat uns das ruhige Zimmer, das eine angenehme Größe hatte und zum Entspannen eingeladen hat. Das Frühstück war hervorragend – mit einer großen Auswahl und sehr guter Qualität. Für frühe Ausflüge oder Wettkämpfe waren die angebotenen Lunchpakete eine tolle Alternative zum Frühstück und sehr praktisch.
Auch der Wellnessbereich hat uns überzeugt: Das Innen- und Außenschwimmbad waren gepflegt und haben den Aufenthalt zusätzlich aufgewertet. Die zentrale Lage des Hotels ist ein weiterer großer Pluspunkt, da viele Ziele bequem erreichbar sind.

Praktisch fanden wir auch die Parkmöglichkeiten: Am Eisstadion kann man kostenlos parken und das Hotel ist von dort gut erreichbar. Wer lieber direkt am Hotel parken möchte, kann die Tiefgarage nutzen (17 € pro Nacht). Das Gepäck kann bequem direkt vor dem Hotel ein- und ausgeladen werden.

Wir waren mit Hund unterwegs. Die Kosten von 25 € pro Hund und Nacht finden wir zwar recht hoch, dafür wurden aber bequeme Hundebetten bereitgestellt und es gab sogar gesunde Snacks für die Vierbeiner – eine sehr nette Aufmerksamkeit.

Cons:

Wir hatten insgesamt nichts zu beanstanden. Als kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre ein Wasserkocher oder eine Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer eine schöne Ergänzung.
