Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel hat einen super Standort, gleich neben den Bahnhof und eine Bushaltestelle hat es auch gleich da. Das Frühstücksbuffet hatte eine super Auswahl.

Rein optisch top, aber es fehlt die persönliche Wohlfühlatmosphäre.
Pros:

Modernes Hotel mit sehr ansprechendem Design. Besonders gefallen haben uns der große Poolbereich und das Spa – es hat eigentlich alles, was man sich wünscht.

Cons:

Der Service war leider eher unpersönlich: Auf unsere Anfrage nach einem Hochstuhl für unser Baby mit Hund wurde zunächst nur gesagt, er „steht dort“, und erst nach nochmaliger Bitte wurde er tatsächlich hingestellt. Dazu kamen kleine, aber auffällige Punkte zur Verbesserung: kein Wasser auf dem Zimmer, kein Kühlschrank, wenige Handtücher und kein Temperaturregler (der Boden war morgens etwas kühl) - Trotz Kategorie Suite. Insgesamt fehlte die persönliche Note und Herzlichkeit – man hatte eher das Gefühl, nur eine Nummer zu sein, und wir haben uns daher nicht wirklich willkommen gefühlt.

Great location, great room
Pros:

The hotel was very close to the station and the amenities of the town. The room was comfortable and had a lovely view of the mountains.

Schöne Tage bekannter aja Standard
Pros:

Frühstück wie immer und in allen aja Top, Abendessen war schon Mal besser aber immer noch ganz in Ordnung. Sauna und Wellnessbereich ist sehr schön und hatte am Valentinstag länger geöffnet. Personal sehr nett und schnell beim Service im Restaurant.

Cons:

Leider mussten wir das Hotel zwei Mal innerhalb der 3 Nächte durch einen Fehlalarme der Brandmeldeanlage räumen. Dies scheint ein bekanntes Problem zu sein im Hotel!

3 day ski trip was fantastic. Ski bus starts/finishes next to the hotel. Definitely recommend.
Pros:

Location. Spa. Breakfast. Gym. Easy to get to slopes.

Cons:

Nothing kettle in the room.

Pros:

Современный отель, отличный спа с открытым теплым бассейном с видом на горы. Номер чистый, окна с шумоизоляцией. Много пар с детьми, но при этом в отеле было тихо.
Завтраки были достойными как и ужин, с отдельным детским меню. На завтрак подавали игристое вино :).
Расположение супер! 5 мин от ж/д, 2 мин от ski bus, через дорогу супермаркет.
Понравилось что на ресепшн был человек который консультировал по лыжным маршрутам .
Нам очень понравилось нахождение в отеле. Рекомендую всем!

Cons:

Нужно быть готовым что зона ванны с душем открытые совсем, при этом стенка душа прозрачная. Для нас это не было проблемой, но может эта информация кому-то пригодится.
