Make the textilsauna bigger
Pros:

The location is great. Breakfast was very fullfilling more than i expected.

Cons:

The rooms were tiny, there was no kettle no refrigrator. And the bad for 2 parople were also small. It was room just for sleeping and not spending any time.
The other thing that was very tiny was the textilsauna. It is not convinent for some people to go to the naked sauna, especially non-German tourists, so its nice of you to make sauna you can enter with you swimsuits. But i guess there are many people wanting the thing as me so there was a line to get in the sauna, which was very uncool

Modernes Hotel in guter Lage aber mit deutlichen Defiziten.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist modern eingerichtet und die Zimmer waren sauber. Spätestens auf Nachfrage hat man frische Handtücher bekommen.
Die Kellner im Restaurant waren gestresst, aber sehr bemüht und immer freundlich.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut und obwohl es direkt an der Straße liegt, hat man davon nichts mitbekommen.

Cons:

Uns hat leider die Größe und Gästeanzahl nicht gefallen. Das Restaurant ähnelte am Abend von der Lautstärke her einer Bahnhofshalle.
Regelmäßig gab es Verständigungprobleme mit dem Personal. Bestellungen wurden, aufgrund sprachlicher Differenzen, falsch gebracht.

Der Wellnessbereich war überfüllt und die Liegen wurden mit Handtüchern reserviert. Über ein Handyverbot im Saunabereich haben sich viele Gäste hinweggesetzt und das Personal hat es toleriert.

Insgesamt war es eher Masse statt Klasse und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war nicht angemessen.

Für zwei Tage war es völlig okay
Pros:

Frühstück war super, große Auswahl, vielseitig. Gemütliches Ambiente. Kurze Wege.

Cons:

- keine Ablagemöglichkeiten im Zimmer
- Bett maximal unbequem
- Vorhänge und Wände schmutzig
- kein „normaler“ Mülleimer
- Bett sollte andersrum stehen, damit man die Berge vom Bett aus sieht
- preisleistung passt nicht

Nice for a weekend getaway
Pros:

Great location, large pool area with loungers, saunas and quiet spaces.

Cons:

Soundproofing in room wasn’t good and our ‘mountain view’ room faced a busy road.

Vor vier Jahren waren wir sehr zufrieden, dieses Mal enttäuscht.
Cons:

Das Personal ist stellenweise überfordert, gleichzeitig scheint genug Zeit zu sein um sich selber am Frühstücks-Buffet zu bedienen.

Die Bar Angestellten kommen mit den Bestellungen nicht hinterher. Sie müssen sowohl die Restaurantgäste, als auch die Bargäste zur selben Zeit versorgen.

Im Spa-Bereich kommen auch Gäste zum Day-Spa oder Abend-Spa. Zusammen mit den Hotelgästen ist der SPA Bereich überlaufen.

Nette fürsorgliche Bedienungen im Restaurant. Super Frühstück. Dessertauswahl zum Abendessen sollte überdacht werden. Zentrale Lage.

Cons:

Zimmerreinigung erfolgt wie mittlerweile üblich nur alle 2 Tage. Für den Übernachtungspreis erwarte ich aber gepflegter Zimmer.
