Schön eingerichtet, unheimlich freundliches Personal, sauber, sehr gutes, immer frisches Frühstucksbuffet, gepflegter Sportbereich, tolle Pools!

Cons:

Das halboffene, moderne Bad, in dem ich mich im Spiegel nicht richtig erkennen konnte ( Lichtgestaltung gemütlich, aber nicht immer praktisch), das sehr knapp bemessene WC (selbst bei 1,70 m Größe)

Wir waren insgesamt mit unserem Aufenthalt zufrieden. Das Hotel selbst ist sehr schön, das Ambiente ist angenehm und gepflegt, und das Essen war wirklich lecker. Das Personal war ebenfalls freundlich.

Leider gibt es aber auch einige Punkte, die unseren Aufenthalt getrübt haben. Wir hatten ein Zimmer für drei Personen gebucht. Uns ist bewusst, dass man für mehr Platz ein Familienzimmer buchen kann. Dennoch sind wir davon ausgegangen, dass ein als Drei-Bett-Zimmer angebotenes Zimmer ausreichend Platz bietet. Tatsächlich war es jedoch so klein, dass man sich kaum bewegen konnte und zu dritt schnell das Gefühl hatte, eingeengt zu sein. Da es zudem keine Balkone gibt, fehlte eine Möglichkeit, sich zwischendurch etwas zurückzuziehen oder frische Luft zu genießen.

Ein weiterer Minuspunkt war die Halbpension. Uns war nicht bewusst, dass beim Abendessen wirklich jedes Getränk – selbst Wasser – zusätzlich bezahlt werden muss. Dadurch entstehen schnell hohe Zusatzkosten. Gerade wenn man Halbpension bucht, möchte man die Urlaubskosten etwas besser kalkulieren können. Die Getränkepreise empfanden wir zudem als deutlich überhöht. Das hinterlässt leider einen unangenehmen Beigeschmack.

Für die starke touristische Auslastung von Garmisch kann das Hotel selbstverständlich nichts. Dennoch sollte man wissen, dass es in der Hauptsaison überall sehr voll ist.

Insgesamt ist das Hotel schön und das Essen wirklich empfehlenswert. Mit größeren Zimmern für drei Personen und einer etwas faireren Getränkepolitik beim Abendessen wäre unser Aufenthalt deutlich angenehmer gewesen.

Séjour de rêve malgré un prix qui reste très élevé
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner fantastique, les piscines, le sauna. La vue sur la plus haute montagne d’Allemagne. Le calme. La propreté.

Cons:

Une collation est offerte entre 14h00 et 15h00, avant l’arrivée ou après votre départ… mais, malgré une présentation tôt (12h00), on ne l’a su qu’à notre retour de ville vers 16h00. L’idée est très bonne mais le personnel devrait le dire dès que les clients se présentent.
Enfin, l’hôtel reste très cher. Il faisait chaud dans la chambre.

Modern hotel met alle voorzieningen aanwezig. Goede uitvalbasis voor sportieve activiteiten.
Pros:

Uitstekend ontbijt, hotel centraal gelegen bij alle voorzieningen, op goede locatie nabij Eibsee/Zugspitze
Vriendelijke medewerkers. Prachtig zwembad. Ruime moderne parkeergelegenheid onder het hotel.
