Side Square Hotel

Hotel was clean room was lovely ,food wasnt good so started eating out its was that bad ,in room had kettle to make coffe n tea but no cups glasses in the room every day i had to go to reception get some and when cleaning maid came they take the cups back bery annoying , the lift there only one which staff use aswell had to wait 20 mins for it to be free to which i cant walk much as wim recovering from accident

Ich kann mich null Beschwerden was wir zahlen müssen wir auch das erwarten nicht über also für das was ich bezahlt habe alles perfekt Lage gut essen Personal und Sauberkeit.
Viele Bewertungen kann ich nicht nachvollziehen.
Menschen übertreiben auch sehr gerne.

There were good and bad in hotel.
It is like low budget mini all inclusive,where is saved in every area. They dont even change the towels everyday what is weird. Cleaning was bad. No card payment option,only cash. Very few options about foods and drinks.
Staff was good and friendly. Owner couple were unfriendly and rude.

Otelin konumu ve odaların konforu iyi idi. Yemek çeşidi az fakat lezzetli. Tatlirin lezzeti iyi fakat sürekli aynı tatlilar çıkıyor. Bardak tabak temizliği vasat. Denize yürüme mesafesi değil ancak servis var. Plaj ve denizin içi kum. Sahil bar çok kısıtlı. Aç gitmeyin ve üstelik 4 te kapanıyor. İçecek şu bile bulamazsınız. Denize girilecek vakitte bunun olması çok ama çok saçma.

Foods was okey not so many options like other allinclusive ,beach was good expect only beer was serving alcoholic drinks and it was finish alreadt at 1600 when we arrived.house keeping very unprofessional when we were in room they enter room without knocking it was very disrespectful.

They need more food options and drink option

Fint hotell og fin beliggenhet. Da vi kom var ikke rommet klart, måtte sove på «søsterhotellet» den første natten, og var avhengig av Trekker ned at det ikke var så mye utvalg av mat på måltidene. Opplevde at hitellvertene var trege

Wir waren maßlos enttäuscht

Arrived at hotel and we were told that hotel was fully booked. They put whole family in one room and we had to sleep crammed in two beds.
On second day they eventually gave us two rooms but again not twin room which we originally booked for. We again had to share beds.

Hotel reception unhelpful. Answer to all of the issues was 'We are sorry' but no concrete action taken.

Food quality very poor. Bland food only one meat variety and rest vegetarian. No authentic Turkish food at all. Half of sweet contained Jelly. Did not taste good.

Base of main soup pot contained lump of fungus. When escalated to hotel personal, he just removed fungus and shrugged off his shoulder.

Toilet next to basin cabinet. We could not sit straight and had to sit tilted to one side.

Merkezi bir konumda. Sahile 1.7 km mesafede. Sahilde özel bir yer ayırmışlar. Burada ufak bir bufe yapmışlar
Fıçı bira kola soda gibi icecekler var. Kokteyl ya da diger alkollu icecekler burada yok. Otelden servis ile sahile gidilebiliyor. Servis sayisi yetersiz.
Otelin arka bahçesinde bir havuz ve genis bir guneslenme alani var. Yemek cesidi az fakat lezzetli degil. Çıkan ürünler oldukca iyi fakat lezzetli pişmemiş. Buna otelin bir çözüm bulmasi gerekiyor.
Ickilerde pek duyulmamış markalar var. Bar da restaurantda çalışanlar guler yuzlu keyifli isini severek yapan insanlar.

Das Essen war schrecklich. Shuttleservice zum Strand sehr schlecht, da dieser am Tag 2-3 x fährt und zuletzt um 16:00 Uhr wird man vom Strand abgeholt.

İlk karşılama çok sıcak olmasa da sonrasında müdürün sıcak yaklaşımı ve yardımseverliği sebebiyle memnun kaldım

Food was nothing special, a bit bad actually.

Shuttle service to the beach was nice.

Odalar temiz, yorgan yoktu sadece pike vardı. İstedik kılıfsız ince bir yorgan geldi. Dolapta yetersiz su vardı. Kahvaltı oldukça kötüydü. Hazır paket gıdalar ikram edildi.
