Wonderful . Will stay again and recommend to others
Pros:

Was nice and clean with everything you need in the unit.
They upgraded us from studio to 1bedroom unit which was lovely

Cons:

No instructions for coffee maker, stove and washing machine and drier. They would have been helpful in the unit to make the appliances work .

Average experience
Pros:

The location, accessibility in and out. Have laundry facilities that works in our room and the kitchenette.

Cons:

The bed was well used and too soft, the bottom lining of the bed base was ripped and you could see this and we advised reception.
We had to call reception to request for them to turn the heat pump down as it was way too hot we couldn’t control it ourselves which was annoying, Finally the website said the rooms are soundproof, that was not the case as I could hear the person next door talking on their phone at all hours and moving around each day in their room from footsteps to furniture being banged this was annoying. When we spoke to reception about all this one of the front desk workers were not helpful at all the other person was great.
