In room coffee pot is not included, toilet didn’t flush properly, no beverage cups included
Large rooms and comfortable beds. Wheel chair accessible.
Very little breakfast area and small work out room.
Clean and modern. Melvyn the janitor was extremely polite, courteous and friendly - a real credit to the hotel. The lady in reception on arrival was very friendly and helpful, sorry I forgot your name!
The room was clean and set up well.
We have a few suggestions for improvement:
A full-length mirror would be helpful.
To have two drinking cups in the room would have been nice.
The grab ‘n go breakfast was insufficient. It seemed odd for there to be a small refrigerated case that was empty.
Bed and pillows were comfortable. Staff very nice
Mop the floors! They were VERY dirty the day we moved in. The water pressure on the shower was very meager. Room was kinda small so desk served as the table. Really hate the bathroom mirror for applying makeup.

Overall, the property offers good value for money and is conveniently located close to the highway and nearby amenities.
Staff were unable to locate our reservation upon arrival, which resulted in a longer wait time at the check-in desk.
What I like the most was the cleaniness of the hotel the staff is always making sure that customers are comfortable I would recommend this hotel for sure Thank you ESA 🙂
