Pros:

早餐跟飯店位置很好，符合預期及房價

Cons:

浴室的熱水不穩定，要等5-10分鐘才有，這點需要改善，之前也有人反映過，似乎都沒有處理

Pros:

Excellent staff, super nice people, very friendly and helpful. Pool area was nice with a pool table and table tennis. Cute, quiet little chirps from the baby pigeons living in the air conditioner was actually quite nice to wake up too. Nice view of the city from the balcony.

Cons:

No sheet and very heavy quilt so it was hard to sleep at a comfortable temperature. Air con at the gym was turned off and locked and no one around to assist. No sofa in the apartment but that ones on me for not checking the ad properly I suppose.

Gute Lage, nettes und sehr hilfreiches Personal.
Pros:

Sehr sauber. Kleines aber ordentliches Fitnessstudio, sehr netter Empfang, gemütliches Bett, coole Dusche.Tolle Lage für alles, was man in Phnom Penh so sehen sollte.

Cons:

Mir persönlich war es etwas zu schick...aber das ist wohl so, in einem 4 Sterne Hotel.

Dass es beim Frühstück keine richtigen vegetarischen Optionen - bspw. Tofu statt Fleisch gab, fand ich schade. Außerdem war trotz Hauptreisezeit einfach wirklich niemand da...dafür kann das Hotel natürlich nichts, würde es trotz des etwas hohen Preises empfehlen.

Hotel is okay but service and facilities were lacking!
Pros:

Room was spacious and comfortable
Location was quite good although not within walking distance to attractions
Staff were helpful on arranging things to see
Spa was good

Cons:

No welcome drink or welcoming reception
Breakfast was limited and poor, with the same things offered every day.
Shower was cold and had to be run for 10 minutes before any hot water came!

Pros:

Location is excellent, near the riverside and most happening area. Many restaurants and clubs are at a walking distance.

Cons:

Breakfast spread was with very limited vegan options.
There was no hot water in the washroom. When I brought this to the hotel reception, they intervened and tried to fix the problem. In spite of waiting for more than 30 minutes, it remained unresolved. Though the reception staff apologised for lack of service and inconvenience caused to me but it wasn't helpful.

Excellent hotel
Pros:

Very clean and welcoming hotel. Breakfasts were excellent. Room with balcony was a good size. Pool was lovely. Would stay again.

Good location, nice size rooms. Some oddities with hotel.
Pros:

Size of the room was great and the beds large. Air con was good although fan was loud.
Swimming pool area was nice and facilities looked good. Including gym. Although I did not use them.
Staff very friendly and attentive. Always polite with good English.

Cons:

The hotel consists of two buildings, so I had to decend to the lobby, walk to a second elevator and then ascend to the dining room. Which was a little weird. Not too bad though.
At one point the lift to our building was being used by staff and deemed not in use. We couldn't ascend or descent; nor could we use the stairs as they were locked. Probably a fire hazard. Had to get a staff member to help us out.
Hotel was empty. Which meant that the turnover for food at breakfast was low. Meaning some bits weird warm rather than fresh. Manager stopped doing buffet style at one point for two days and had us order from a menu, which provided better food quality but less mixed choice. Then switched back to warm buffet and stale pastries.
Bathroom water took a while to heat up, and the sink didn't really hold water well - which was annoying for shaving.

My stay was very good I would stay again
Pros:

The property is clean and it’s very beautiful well secured

Cons:

There was every thing provided except for iron and board,they should take that in interest to provide and there was problem on first day no television I spoke with a supervisor and let him know about it that everything should be supplied on day of arrival and he was not happy with me saying it is respond wasn’t professional
