Lovely hotel
Pros:

I stay here in March. Really clean and comfy rooms with excellent service from staff. You get an amazing view and pool is so nice. The gym is equipped full option for full training and the morning breakfast was good too. The staff is very friendly, polite and helpful. Great location and close to tourist area. This hotel so many many guest come here kind of bit busy. Good to meet new friends lol.

Nice location and staff very friendly

Cons:

No buffet very limited breakfast. Around day time they seem to switch AC off. In morning or nighttime it works perfect but at day time can not get cold in the room.

Wir hatten uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Pros:

Großes Zimmer, sehr gute Betten, sauber, ruhig und dennoch relativ zentrale Lage. Qualitativ gut ausgestattetes Zimmer.
Der Fitnessraum war etwas zu warm.

Pros:

Excellent staff, super nice people, very friendly and helpful. Pool area was nice with a pool table and table tennis. Cute, quiet little chirps from the baby pigeons living in the air conditioner was actually quite nice to wake up too. Nice view of the city from the balcony.

Cons:

No sheet and very heavy quilt so it was hard to sleep at a comfortable temperature. Air con at the gym was turned off and locked and no one around to assist. No sofa in the apartment but that ones on me for not checking the ad properly I suppose.

Sehr sauber. Kleines aber ordentliches Fitnessstudio, sehr netter Empfang, gemütliches Bett, coole Dusche.Tolle Lage für alles, was man in Phnom Penh so sehen sollte.

Cons:

Mir persönlich war es etwas zu schick...aber das ist wohl so, in einem 4 Sterne Hotel.

Dass es beim Frühstück keine richtigen vegetarischen Optionen - bspw. Tofu statt Fleisch gab, fand ich schade. Außerdem war trotz Hauptreisezeit einfach wirklich niemand da...dafür kann das Hotel natürlich nichts, würde es trotz des etwas hohen Preises empfehlen.

Hotel is okay but service and facilities were lacking!

Room was spacious and comfortable
Location was quite good although not within walking distance to attractions
Staff were helpful on arranging things to see
Spa was good

Cons:

No welcome drink or welcoming reception
Breakfast was limited and poor, with the same things offered every day.
Shower was cold and had to be run for 10 minutes before any hot water came!
