"Exceptional stay and the ideal base for visiting the Peace Park"
Pros:

We were thoroughly impressed by the quality of the hotel, the modern atmosphere, and the attentive staff. The location was absolutely ideal for our visit to Hiroshima, allowing us to easily explore both the downtown area and make a meaningful, moving visit to the Peace Memorial Park. Fantastic value for money.

Clean, professional, and overall a great stat
Pros:

Everything was clean and had a laundry room! Loved the room layout, I got a double twin room and it was so spacious even with our large suit cases!

Pros:

very good location, close to the peace museum. Bus stop is directly in front of the hotel, so it's easy to get to Hiroshima station. the rooftop bar is also very nice, drinks are pricey but very tasty.

Perfect hotel om hiroshima & museum te bezoeken.
Pros:

Centrale ligging en vooral een superlekker ontbijt!
Een welkomstdrankje voor elke avond dat we er waren, gezellig dakterras
Zeer lekker restaurant op het gelijkvloers waar ‘s morgens ook het ontbijt werd geserveerd.

Kleine badkamer met weinig plaats (geen tablet) om een toiletzak te zetten

Great location and breakfast
Pros:

Great location walkable to the main points of interest in Hiroshima, which made it easy to explore the area. Excellent breakfast at the restaurant downstairs (make sure to arrive early for it). Room was a good size. Huge and comfortable bathtub!

Cons:

The laundry machines were not at all effective at drying a small load of clothes (even by normal standards for the combined washer/dryers at Japanese hotels). Considering all the other amenities, this one was lacking. It’s a bit confusing that the reception is on the top floor in the rooftop bar. Also, it seemed like they were playing AI-generated music in the rooftop bar which was strange.

Would consider the Knot to be more of a 3-star hotel (not 4-star).
Pros:

The location was great. Very nice rooftop bar and seating area.

Cons:

The room was clean but rather worn and basic. The housekeeping staff are gracious and extremely polite, however, there are no service elevators and the the staff compete with guests for elevators.

Super. Ook het restaurant More Than beneden!
Pros:

Personeel was super! Hebben me geholpen mijn zonnebril-die ik in een taxi had laten liggen, te achterhalen en met vereende krachten is die weer naar het Hotel gebracht. Super!

Excellent property and convenient
Pros:

Good atmosphere, conveniently located, customer service excellent. Drink included on arrival and rooftop bar nice.

Cons:

Couldn’t get a table at the restaurant downstairs even though only staying one night and staying at the hotel.
Could book the room with a child free however nothing included for her treated like she didn’t exist - no bed for her and no towels.

Lovely hotel in a great location
Pros:

A great hotel in an excellent location. The staff were friendly and welcoming and our room was clean and comfortable if a little small. The bar upstairs has great views and is lively for a drink around sunset.

Cons:

We felt there could have been clearer signs on the ground floor that reception was in the 14th as we were a little confused when arriving. Also the luggage being the first thing you see at reception not a great sight. The pillows were also oddly uncomfortable in our room.

Pros:

Convenient location to the Peace Memorial. The roof top bar was nice with a complimentary drink. The bed was comfortable and a good shower. Nice view.

We had a city view with a bit of river view which I reserved and that was nice. The location to the Peace Memorial etc was great.

The staff was a bit rude especially at check in and at the bar for the complimentary drinks.
