Bra läge, oengagerad personal.
Pros:

Läget var bra. Rena rum med nästan allt man behövde. Saknade paraply som de flesta hotell brukar låna ut.

Cons:

Personalen oengagerad. ”Välkomstdrinken” serverades i en plastmugg i den annars trevliga baren.

Pros:

Great location 5 minutes from Peace Park. Easy to reach from main train station by streetcar. 10 minute walk to shopping/restaurant area. Lovely view from rooftop bar. Modern hotel but room felt small, even though we were apparently 'upgraded'. OK for a short stay, as nowhere to unpack anything, just a few hangers on a pole in walkway to bathroom.

Cons:

Weird setup with lobby on top floor with rooftop bar. Very busy hotel and downstairs restaurant crowded. Do not bother with a welcome drink if you are going to serve it in a plastic cup. Just feels cheap in such a nice hotel. If you bought a drink it came in a proper glass. Some bar staff did not know what was available when questioned.
