Cons:

Left the building in 30 minutes after checking in. The room condition was dirty, the beds and sofa were not made properly. Customer service is extremely inefficient. We were disappointed in the team and do not reccommend people to book this place.

Unpleasant stay, checked out in 3 hrs

I've decided to leave after 3 hrs of checking in as it's causing quite a frustration for my wife and child as well.

Please take note there's no refund, but I was extremely disappointed at the cleanliness of the place.

After check in floor was wet with very obvious uneven spot in room and kitchen.

Stains on the ledge beside the window where kids normally will sit around.

I have stayed at the block beside before and it was so much cleaner. Very disappointing.

Same area, but with 2 different management with different level of service.

No reception desk
Pros:

It's conveniently accessible, about a 10-minute walk from the east exit of JB Sentral Station via a dedicated pedestrian bridge.

Cons:

There's no reception desk; check-in is self-service.
The day before, you'll receive access information and instructions to contact them via WhatsApp or WeChat.
I didn't have either app and couldn't connect to the internet, so I had to find the management company (XIN AN MANAGEMENT SDN BHD) to get into my room.
The management company closes around 5 PM, so if we arrived at night, we didn't be able to get into a room. and also, need deposit before check in.

These inportant information isn't listed on the website, and the room doesn't have the luxurious furniture shown in the pictures;
I feel they are dishonest in many respect.
