Angenehmes Hotel zum Wohlfühlen, top Lage und super Service
Pros:

Ich war bereits wiederholt Gast in diesem Hotel. Top Lage, trotzdem ruhig. Das Personal ist nach wie vor einzigartig, immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Beispiel: bei meiner Abreise habe ich Shampoo und Duschgel in der Dusche vergessen. Noch am selben Tag erreichte mich eine Email, wie man eine Übergabe organisieren könnte. So etwas passiert mir ja öfters, aber noch nie hat sich ein Hotel die Mühe gemacht, mich entsprechend zu verständigen (in diesem Fall war es nicht tragisch, bin einige Tage später wieder eingecheckt). Auch das Frühstück hat sich etwas verbessert, für Farangs gibt es inzwischen etwas Aufschnitt und kleine Käsesandwich.

Prestations très moyennes pour un Ibis

La situation géographique et la piscine du rooftop

Cons:

Je ne saurais que trop conseillé de ne pas prendre les chambres sur l’atrium. Elles sont sombres sans fenêtre ou avec juste une petite fenêtre qui donne directement sur les ascenseurs ou sur le chambres des voisins (bonjour l’intimité) et surtout elles sont soumises au bruit qui vient du hall d’entrée et du restaurant de jour comme de nuit (prévoyez les boules quies) - ces chambres sont en plus plus chères. Certaines personnes du personnel à l’accueil ont tendance à vous parler de façon condescendante (d’autres sont assez respectueux et plutôt arrangeant) .

Bon emplacement, bien desservi par les transports, confort comme attendu. Bon rapport qualité/prix.

Cons:

La vue n'est pas exceptionnelle et les fenêtres ne s'ouvrent pas. Mais ce n'est qu'un détail.
