Pros:

Desde el minutos uno que llegamos hacer el checking Dream nos atendió muy bien y nos explicó todos los horarios , llegamos a la habitación y la verdad que súper cómoda y equipada para las 5 noches que nos quedamos , tienes buenos bares y restaurantes a la carta para comer todo el personal del hotel es muy amable ya tenemos hotel preferido para Bangkok repetiremos sin duda la próxima que volvamos

Bon séjour que je renouvellerais dans cet hôtel lors de mes prochaine vacances
Pros:

Je séjourne toujours dans cet hôtel depuis qu'il a ouvert et le niveau de prestation pour un hôtel ibis est vraiment de qualité. Le personnel est d'une grande sympathie, celui-ci fait toujours son maximum pour rendre votre séjour agréable et vous faciliter votre quotidien. Les réceptionnistes sont toujours souriantes et vous apportent les conseils ou informations que l'on souhaite durant le séjour, ils sont très réactifs dans les réponses quand on leur envois un email et même le duty manager contribue avec son équipe à répondre aux sollicitations email. Je reviens sans aucune hésitation dans cet hôtel tant que le niveau de service tel qu'il est se maintiendra. Même mes amis ont maintenant adopté cet établissement comme leurs futurs lieux de séjour pour leurs prochaines vacances.

Cons:

Le seul point que je n'ai pas apprécié durant ce séjour c'est la privatisation pour un organisateur extérieur de la piscine pour la pool party du 13. Cette situation m'a privé durant toute l'après midi de l'accès à la piscine ce qui n'est pas normal car quand j'ai acheté ma prestation de séjour avec l'accès aux équipements on aurait du m'informer lors de ma réservation qu'une privation des équipements était programmée pour un jour précis et non pas être mis devant le fait accompli comme ça été le cas. Ce qui est dommage c'est que cette privatisation aurait pu être proposé également aux clients de l'hôtel à un tarif préférenciel compte tenu de la situation. Cet aléas ne remet pas en cause tout le bien que je pense de l'hôtel mais je tenais à le souligner pour que ce type de situation soit en prise en compte car on ne vend pas une prestation avec des services et on prive par la suite le client sans lui proposer d'alternative ou une compensation.

The room was dirty . There were stains everywhere. The shower had a lot of mold. The room floor had stains that showed it was not mopped for the next guest. Even found a contact lens by the bedside table. And split chocolate on the side of the fridge. The air-conditioning was the worst. It cools for 5 mins and stops. So sleeping was hard. The rooms walls are very thin so you can hear the rooms above below and by the sides. In short will not recommend

Pros:

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were extremely welcoming, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile, which made my stay very comfortable.

The food was excellent, with a great variety of dishes, all prepared to a high standard. A special mention to the cook/chef, who clearly puts passion and care into every meal — everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented.

Overall, great service, friendly staff, and delicious food. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to visiting again.

Aufenthalt Sehr gut aber mit Einschränkungen im Komfort

Tolle Dachterrasse mit schöner Atmosphäre. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet eine gute Auswahl und überzeugt qualitativ. Die Lage ist ideal als Ausgangspunkt für verschiedene Touren. Besonders angenehm ist die Happy Hour am Pool, durch die die sonst eher teuren Getränke deutlich erschwinglicher werden.

Cons:

Der Raucherbereich auf der Dachterrasse sowie im Eingangsbereich ist unzureichend gestaltet. Zudem ist es nicht nachvollziehbar, dass man trotz Buchung eines Zimmers mit Balkon dort nicht rauchen darf.

Ein weiteres großes Problem ist die Stromversorgung im Zimmer: Sobald man das Zimmer verlässt, werden nicht nur die Klimaanlage, sondern auch der Kühlschrank und sämtliche Steckdosen deaktiviert. Dadurch ist es unmöglich, Geräte zu laden oder Getränke kühl zu halten.

Besonders störend ist außerdem die Klimaanlage selbst: Diese scheint mit einem Bewegungsmelder gekoppelt zu sein, wodurch sie sich während des Schlafens einfach abschaltet.

Insgesamt führt dies zu einem deutlich eingeschränkten Komfort während des Aufenthalts.
