Un moment unique et magique en famille

Un excellent séjour, au-delà de nos attentes, qui nous a fait remonter le temps. Cela a créé des moments magiques et féeriques en famille. Au top !

Absolutely fantastic place. Everywhere is themed beyond anything I’ve seen anywhere else in the world. Kids loves their own space with bunk beds. We ate in the ambassadors buffet restaurant. Might not be suitable if you have fussy children as it was really gourmet 17th century food but was all excellent quality and the desserts were amazing. Breakfast was continental and everything again was high quality. Loads of fruit, pastries, cheeses.
The only thing bad was hotels.com before I booked refused to check if park tickets were included in their rates and just kept saying no they weren’t despite the room description saying they were! I went with my gut instinct and booked anyway and I was absolutely right that the price included 2 days tickets plus the night show. Made the hotels.com price an absolute bargain compared with booking direct. Just wish the hotels.com staff could be bothered to get the right information for their customers as they would sell a lot more!

Très bon séjour . Hôtel super. Un seul hic nous avons voulu réserver le restaurant pour le soir quand nous avons appelé pour faire la réservation et bénéficier de 15% de réduc plus de place. Et quand nous arrivons le matin sur place il restait de la place... Et nous avons payé plein pot . Un peu decevant au prix du séjour !

Tout était excellent! Un seul bémol; les restaurants étaient tous complets le soir et ça était tres juste pour trouver à manger sur place … il serait bon de rappeler de réserver impérativement un restaurant pour ne pas avoir de mauvaises surprises
