Goed maar voor de prijs en de naam Hilton had ik net iets meer verwacht

De faciliteiten waren oké. Personeel was aardig en behulpzaam

Cons:

Er was kennelijk een probleem met betaling tussen Booking.com en het hotel. Daardoor werd de kamer pas beschikbaar gesteld als ik nogmaals betaalde en kreeg de boodschap dat ik dat zelf met Booking.com moest oplossen. Hier mijn mening over gegeven en uiteindelijk ging men er zelf achteraan echter zonder feedback te geven.
Verder liep het afvoerputje in de douche niet door en liep de helft van het water uit de badkraan ipv uit de douchekop tijdens het douchen. Daarover heb ik overigens niet geklaagd bij de receptie.
Personeel was behulpzaam maar ik kreeg niet de indruk dat ze beslissingsbevoegd waren.

It was a good stay, but the small things and the way you approach guest should mean something. And I feel it didn’t.
Pros:

While what didn’t like had something to do with breakfast, while I checked out the staff members at the desk encouraged me to get what was owed to me, meaning the breakfast that was included, but I don’t want to questioned again by breakfast staff while trying to prepare to leave

Cons:

There was an incident where I didn’t like how I was approached about breakfast. It was included in my package, but as I began to make my plate I was questioned. “Are you apart of the soccer group?” I replied, “No”, “Can you provide your room number” As I awkwardly stood there while the staff member checked if I had breakfast included.

Pros:

The reason for my three star review has nothing to do with the staff, they were wonderful! However the walls are not soundproof. The poor person in the room to our left was ill “all night” and the smoke alarm in the room to our right went off early in the morning.

The gentleman that checked us in was so short with us that it came off this quite frankly rude. He gave us no information about Wi-Fi breakfast options check out time anything he gave us no information. Additionally I called the front desk once and was put on hold for over 5 minutes called back a second time they didn't answer so finally had to walk down to the front desk in order to get the items we need for our room that were not supplied originally parking was extremely limited and I had to park in an area which I thought was unsafe due to lighting in being so secluded this hotel is also shared on the property with another hotel like they're the same building and that was quite confusing also because the other one was serving a free continental breakfast and ours was charging 1099 however it was the exact same food.

I really enjoyed my stay!
Pros:

Beautiful, new, modern property. Spacious and comfortable room. Air conditioning, comfy beds, and mostly quiet rooms made for good and restful sleep.

Cons:

All parking was at the rear of the building. Extremely safe and secure inside the building, but I was a nervous, trying to get inside the building in the dark alone at night.

Pros:

The bathroom/shower was great. Comfortable bed. I liked having coffee available in the room.

Cons:

No pool available, I was expecting to be able to swim. The TV stopped working but maintenance came up and reset it, also there was no conditioner in the shower, it was empty, luckily we had brought some just in case.

Pros:

We liked the hotel except for the moldy shower. The pool was green but obviously out of service. The stay was ok, just not worth the price. Hiltons are usually much better. Conveniently located.
