Generally a good stay.
Pros:

Room space was good.

Cons:

It was fairly clean. They need to pay a little more attention to the bathrooms most specifically the toilets, behind the lid and around the base.

Stressful and chaotic
Pros:

Close to the wedding venue

Cons:

We were in the bridal party for a wedding and were originally put in an adjoining suite to the bride so we could all hang out together but unfortunately the room was filthy. There was dried urine on the bathroom floor, what appeared to be blood stains on the mattress and linen, a bug on the bed, paint scratched off the doors, the carpet was torn up, spilled food on the chairs and various splatter stains on most of the walls as well as a shower cap over the smoke detectors. They promptly moved us to another room but then we were unable to be near the bride which was disappointing. We also had to move rooms at 1:30 in the morning the night before the wedding which was very stressful. I had a booking for the following night as well but was then charged for two separate rooms for Saturday night because they messed something up and didn’t refund one of the rooms so now I have paid double. The morning we were supposed to be leaving we woke up to banging on our door and multiple phone calls telling us there wasn’t supposed to be anyone in the room. Mind you, they had already double charged us and given us keys this room, so this was extremely confusing and irritating. I spent another 15-20 mins on the phone with them again while they tried to figure out where they’d made a mistake and ultimately had to go downstairs and speak to them in person because things were not getting resolved. Turns out they had somehow rebooked the wrong customer so the reservation for the room they moved us to was under someone else’s name. This whole fiasco made us late once again to the breakfast with all of our friends before heading home, and I ended up not having time to eat. I did speak with one of the managers after nearly 3 hours of waiting and she said they’d refund me so hopefully that will go through, but I still have not seen a confirmation email of that and have not received the refund yet, so tbd.

Cozy place and dog friendly
Pros:

Cozy and clean accommodation with friendly and attentive staff. The rooms are warm, spacious, and thoughtfully arranged, making the stay comfortable. The property is also dog friendly, which was a big plus for us and made the experience even more enjoyable.

Nice stat in a very convenient location.
Pros:

Everything. I just wished the double queen suite’s sofa is a sofa bed.

Cons:

I was surprised the rate includes daily parking charge at the location. I screen out hotels that charge for parking if it is not in a city. But I learned the rate already contains the parking charge afterwards
