Everything was perfect except the bed sheets and pillow cases were not switched out bed sheets were full of hairs . I did ask front desk to provide me with new ones and they did without hesitation

The best hotel for the value we have ever stayed at! Honestly, the people there were the best, helped anytime we needed something and went above and beyond to help with us making food at the awesome grill area by the pool. Great breakfast too. Room was spacious enough for our family of 5, pool was good for the kids, grill area awesome, nice laundry and fitness area. Great part of town about 20 min from downtown. Eat at Waldo's chicken, it's great too!

Convenient location

The hotel seemed very modern and clean. The staff was friendly and the included breakfast was the best of our trip. We really enjoyed that our room had a sitting area with a second tv that you can curtain off access to as well as having a full sized refrigerator and dinner utensils. This made it convenient to eat dinner in the room. My only complaint was that 2/3 of the washing machines were out of order at the time of our visit. I would definitely stay here again.

Poorly maintained. Room had a modified questionably installed window A/C unit that did not adjust to room temperature and disruptive to sleep since it was incredibly loud all night. Two elevators, one was broken. Breakfast was cold and insufficiently managed - no coffee! Although I am a Hilton Honors and Insider member, I was told that there would be no adjustment to room charge since I used a third-party site to book.

The property was clean and conveniently located. There were plenty of shopping and restaurant options nearby. The free breakfast was below average and since our room was near the main road, there was some road noise. We had a suite and the ac unit was in the wall in our room. The unit ran frequently because of the warmer temperatures and the compressor made a lot of noise when it would come on. It made it difficult to sleep without earplugs.

It was a great stay with one exception - on Saturday night there was a family next door with literally screaming kids & a crying baby!!! This went on for hours.... they were Very inconsiderate! Otherwise stay was Great!!!

Location was very convenient to our event. Very clean and comfortable. Our check-in took some time, although we were there early, room was not ready which I expected. However once 3:00 came is still took another 30-40 minutes to get into the room. Other than that I would stay again!
