Convenient stay with a good breakfast!
Pros:

Very close to everything you want to explore in Savannah.
Rooms are clean and convenient.
Breakfast was FREE and it was great! Kids loved making their own waffles..and they had Nutella! Has an indoor pool and an outside deck in the pool area and one next to the breakfast area.
Plenty of parking along with an electric car station.

Cons:

Check in was a little less standard for us. As IHG members we have NEVER been charged $50 a NIGHT for incidentals. The front desk manager at the time stated that this was normal procedure. Not sure who spends $50 a day at a hotel unless they don’t plan on leaving.
So we talked to the Hotel manager and this was resolved quickly. Although this might be their norm it certainly isn’t something that is necessary or makes sense, especially when you are traveling with a large family on a budget.

It was good and found last minute and was able to accommodate us after another nightmare hotel
Pros:

The location was nice and the suite was pretty good with a dishwasher which I’ve never seen

Cons:

The bathroom could’ve been much cleaner. The glass shower doors look like they’ve never been cleaned and you can tell they don’t scrub the floor or walls of the shower either

I MADE THE RESERVATION AND THEN CANCELLED WITHIN 10 MINUTES BECAUSE WE WERE UNABLE TO REACH THE PROPERTY BC OF THE STORM. WE CANCELED AND THEY NEVER RESPONDED AND CHAGED ME THE FULL PRICE FOR BOTH ROOM. THEN KEEP ASKING ME HOW MY STAY WAS

First day was a living nightmare but second day went smoother
Pros:

Quite clean pet friendly and spacious

Cons:

Train staff better no pastries no fruit egg was cold and a circle no kids cereal only a hamburger bun for your cold egg and sausage ended up having to go out to breakfast for over 200 a night breakfast should have been better

Toilet doesn’t flush adequately. Could not find entrance that did not require keycard so had trouble registering as desk and entrance is not visible.
