3rd time staying at this hotel, 2 of the times the hotel pool was closed.

The night desk worker was amazing & very helpful & super nice! Her name started with an E!
Pros:

The breakfast was alright. The drink choices were great & my husband loved the little egg bite things.
The night worker,I think her name was Elenne (I know it definitely started with an E) was AMAZING & super nice! I really appreciate that even with the pool being down we were able to go to the hotel behind ours to still let our kids swim. She was also very on top of making sure we had our bedding for our pull out couch & helped when I had an issue with someone above us at 1am by calling the people above us and checking on what was going on & She even called our room back to let us know she spoke with them. It was very appreciated & we didnt have any issues after that.

Cons:

. I didn't like that the waffle mix was whole grain would of liked to have an option of the normal mix as well & I think there needs to be more cereal choices for kids. Also this Home 2 suites didnt have Nutella as an option to put on your toast like one we have stayed at before. Which the Nutella could also be an extra option for kids if they had it. The only thing that was a discomfort was that the person above us wad being very loud at 1am apparently bringing in groceries & it sounded like they were throwing so much heavy stuff on the floor that it literally woke up our whole room and scared the crap out of us. I only called after the loud noise happened a 2nd time within like 2mins of the last 1 even tho they had been being noisy up there pretty much the whole night but we just didnt get upset till it was waking us up at 1am.

Not a comfortable stay at this hotel. We will not be returning and will avoid Home2 suites in the future.
Pros:

It was convenient right off the highway.

Cons:

The room was very dirty. Stains and spills on the floor and carpet, hair was everywhere throughout the room. We weren’t comfortable showering or even taking our shoes off. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, like sleeping on the ground. The parking lot was super small with almost nowhere to park. My mistake for choosing a hotel it looks like people live in.

Will stay again, loved it
Pros:

The staff was so kind and helped us so much.

Cons:

Very minimal issue but the kitchen and bathroom has some dirty spots that gave away it hadn't't been cleaned. Food dried on the microwave handle, a bottle tab on the counter, and dark spots in the shower.

Disappointing for a Home 2
Pros:

A place we could lay our head after a long drive. The morning staff were nice.

Cons:

The area is scary. We feared our car would be broken in to. Huge chuck hole on lane come into the hotel. Very pricy given the worn nature and location. Home 2 is usually much better. We won't do this one again.
