Entspricht m.E. nicht einer 4 Sterne Kategorie.
Pros:

SPA sehr schön gestaltet, aber Pool für unseren Geschmack erheblich zu kühl. Lage des Hotels sehr ruhig, wenngleich oihne Aussicht, Personal bei Frühstück und Restaurant 1xsehr gut, 1x eher suboptimal, Küche gut, aber etwas zu kreativ (Zander auf Schwammerlrisotto?)

Cons:

Balkontüre liess sich nicht kippen und war nur schwer zu schliessen (trotz Meldung nicht repariert). Fernseher viel zu klein für 5m Entfernung zum Kopfende des Bettes, Frühstück eher suboptimal, z.B. Einschenken der Säfte aus Flaschen, die ungekühlt umherstehen, wobei man alles selber auf und zuschrauben muss und sich dabei die Finger klebrig macht....NoGo.
Keine Kaffeemaschine am Zimmer, bei Ankunft im Hotel wird einem auf einem Zettel, der am Bett liegt, mitgeteilt, dass die Zimmerreinigung nur jeden zweiten Tag erfolgt (inkl. Leeren der Mistkübel), aus Gründen der Nachhaltigkeit! Ich kanns schon nicht mehr hören!!! Zumindest sollte man das Vorab bei der Buchung kommunizieren.
W.o.: Poolwasser zu kalt daher SPA kaum genutzt.
Eher erheiternd, aber umständlich: WC Spülung kann nur bei heruntergeklapptem Klodeckel betätigt werden. Hab ich in 50 Reisejahren noch nicht erlebt.

Wunderschöne Lage, saubere Zimmer, toller Pool und ein sehr freundlicher Service.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels war einfach sensationell. Die ruhige und abgelegene Umgebung lädt perfekt zum Entspannen und Abschalten ein. Das Zimmer war sauber und gepflegt. Besonders begeistert hat uns der Pool mit seiner einzigartigen Gestaltung aus Natursteinen, der eine wunderschöne und entspannende Atmosphäre schafft.

Cons:

Die Öffnungszeiten des Pools waren online leider nicht ersichtlich. Dank der freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Mitarbeitenden an der Rezeption konnten wir die Informationen jedoch schnell erhalten.

Incredible location within the black forest. Amazing charm and good food. Too bad the restaurant is off on Sundays even in high season as you will need to drive to find an alternative. Same for the spa, we had the bad surprise of finding out that it was not functioning on Sundays. Except for the Sunday disappointment, this is a great hotel.
