Very unpleasant woman working the front desk with a thick accent. Terrible customer service and lack of communication. Very accusatory, lied, and was not willing to even hold a discussion or see another persons perspective.

Pros:

I liked the new room they put me in but not the price

Cons:

I asked for a room on the quiet side of the building and they confirmed I would have it. When I arrived they gave me a room on the busy side of the building. I had to change rooms and pay more
