It did the trick in that we had a clean room to stay in.
Pros:

The property is close to the airport and not too far from various dining options.

Cons:

The property was not what we have come to expect from a Hampton Inn. In fact, I wasn't sure if I'd walked into the "attached" Tru Hotel. There were no indicators that we were in a Hampton and I felt like we were just in a non-descript property and wondered if I could've saved money by booking a room on the "Tru" side.

Pros:

Very nice quiet hotel super close to the airport, the free airport shuttle was great- runs 24 hours. The rooms were very comfortable as well, the smart TV was nice after a long day. Breakfast was decent as well and started early.

Very Clean & Well-Maintained Hotel With Great Services.
Pros:

The breakfast selection was awesome! The shuttle service is great as well, we received a email before our stay explaining how the shuttle service works.

Cons:

I don't like the fact that there is a fee to park a vehicle, $10.00 a night.

Poor Customer Care
Pros:

Close to the airport.

Cons:

During the reservation process, it was not made clear that parking incurred an additional charge. As a result, it was an unwelcome surprise to be informed of this cost upon arrival. Another guest was expressing similar frustration at check in, which suggests we were not alone in finding this unclear. Although the Booking.com listing states that on site parking is available, I do not recall any clear indication that this was subject to an extra fee. Greater transparency in the listing would be helpful.

We had also assumed that the hotel would have its own bar facilities, but were informed that we needed to walk approximately ten minutes to a sister property in order to access a bar.

The following morning there was no water supply to the hotel, which meant I was unable to shower at the time required. I went down to breakfast and, during that period, the water was restored. However, there was no communication from staff regarding the status of the outage, and I only discovered that the water had returned when I went back to my room.

When I did take a shower, I noticed that the water was not clear and had a brown tinge, which was concerning.

At check out, there was no acknowledgement of the earlier water outage, nor any apology for the inconvenience caused.

I fully appreciate that a water outage is outside of the hotel’s direct control and that such issues can occasionally arise. However, the absence of communication, updates or even a simple apology from any member of staff was disappointing and significantly detracted from the overall experience. Regrettably, this has left me unwilling to stay at the hotel again.
