A good business hotel that provides comfortable beds
Pros:

The breakfast buffet was excellent with a huge choice from cereals, yogurt to cheese, hams, scrambled eggs, fruit and cakes. The real bonus was the availability of real filter coffee that was not only served at the right temperature was also delicious and obviously a good coffee brand

Cons:

The ground floor toilet. The restrooms are served by a proximity sensor lighting system and the lights stay on for a set period of time, which is not very long. I found myself in a dark, unfamiliar room after the lights went off. I could have had an accident or someone with a more sensitive nature could have had a panic attack.

El check out.....me llamaron una hora después de salir del hotel si me iba a quedar otro día, yo había dejado las tarjetas y la mucama echo el checa out de la habitación.

Moderno, limpio, buen desayuno. El personal siempre atento. Céntrico, para caminar la ciudad, como nos gusta.

Cons:

No tengo reparos ni reclamos. Como siempre el Hotel Diego de Almagro no nos defraudó. Hemos estado en Viña, Valpo, LA Serena y ahora Temuco. Simplemente GENIAL
