Nos hospedamos junto a mi hijo menor de edad.
Estábamos durmiendo cuando a las 04:00 de la madrugada dos PERSONAS DESCONOCIDAS INGRESARON a la habitación, contaban con llave y señalaron que les habían asignado la misma habitación al parecer POR ERROR.
Considero una total falta de cuidado y respeto, además de una violación de la privacidad de los huéspedes. Mi hijo no pudo volver a dormir en horas. Ni siquiera hubo una llamada desde la recepción para pedir disculpas o saber cómo nos encontrábamos. Fue una estadía lamentable.
Al comentarlo en la mañana con el personal solo se remitieron a hacer ver que fue un error de otra funcionaria.
