Pros:

Infelizmente não pude me hospedar no hotel por razões pessoais, em tentativa de contato com o hotel, perguntei se haveria a possibilidade de reembolso mesmo que parcial, devido ao período e a situação atual do nosso país, porém não obtive nenhuma resposta ate o momento! Valorizo muito um hotel que se preocupe com seu cliente, esse hotel não seria uma opção pra mim!
