Failed to find our pre-paid reservation.
Cons:

Staff could not find the reservation even though we were already charged for it. She moved us to another Hilton in a bad neighborhood after telling us there was a nearby location. It was entirely away from Chandler downtown. Very disappointed for anniversary celebration. Our kids are "developmentally delayed" and do not have their own transportation.

Worst place I have ever stayed.No compassion at all.

Cons:

I have Multiple Sclerosis no one told me I had to park on the third floor of the parking structure,there was no bell hop I had to unload my luggage and take it to my room park my car and then try to walk back to my room.what is wrong with you people.zI am handicapped f I new all this I would have went else where.Do you know what it is like being disabled and go thru all that.You people are awful.Not ADA compliant at all.You will here from me or my attorney soon.

Brittany is the worst desk clerk
Pros:

Don’t stay here the staff especially Brittany the evening desk clerk has no customer service no compassion and doesn’t care

I am Hilton honors and I will stay here ever again

You have to park you’re car in a garage behind the building then you have to go back to your car to put the sticker ion your there is no signage telling you where to park

Pretty good!
Pros:

Location & Britney was great at the front desk.

Cons:

There was a giant stain on the carpet in my room that looked like it had not been cleaned. For the price, the bed should be cushier and more comfortable. Other than that it was good. Oh, and they charged me $15 to park in a parking structure that was free for the public! Not cool!

Not as pleasant as it should have been!

Dinner an breakfast was good.

Cons:

Took moves to four rooms before things were working in the rooms. You need to check rooms more carefully. Bathroom door would not close - off track. Toilet paper holder kept falling off. Some heaters did not work. Bathroom floors were sticky. Sad that on Hilton Honors one has to pay for parking. What is the point of Hilton Honors??

Bom pela localização, mas o valor ainda é alto para o que oferece e é muito barulhento durante as noites. Eu voltaria a me hospedar em viagens de negócio, mas definitivamente escolheria algo melhor se fosse a lazer.
