Like always we were very satisfied with our stay!
Pros:

Love the location! Beaks fast is always great! Staff is always nice and helpful. Love that there is a Starbucks just a few steps away and the AM/PM! The pillows were awesome! Where can I get some?! The bed was sooooo comfortable, I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud,

Extremely disappointed.
Pros:

Very little. This was the second Hilton presented Hampton Inn I have stayed at this trip. I felt ripped off. The room fee was reasonable, however the pet fee was exorbitant and we were placed in a room with pet feces stains and actual dried feces on the carpets, I took numerous pictures, then went right back to the lobby without unpacking. The first thing the receptionist asked me was if my dog had made the messes, before my showing him the photos of dozens of stains.

Cons:

Very poor management! I suspect the owner/franchise is providing bonuses based on occupancy so the management is offering a low price then ripping people off with high fees and not spending money to shampoo rugs or clean walls. The second room had fewer stains on the carpet and no dried feces.

Clean but staff was really rude
Pros:

Clean, spacious.

Cons:

Stayed at another Hampton location
This room didn’t have a hair dryer so that kind of set me back.

Our family was very comfortable in this clean hotel. The kids enjoyed the pool.
Pros:

The breakfast was great. The location was very convenient between Monterey and Santa Cruz.

Cons:

It would be great to have a hot tub as well as a pool
