clean, comfortable and friendly staff
Pros:

The room was great, clean, comfortable and spacious!
We liked the breakfast especially the mini egg omelets. Only wished they had bottles of water and milk to go with breakfast.

Cons:

We wished the pool was open longer at night, especially for adults to wind down for the evening.

Booking nous avait confirmé notre chambre, même que l’établissement nous avait écrit puisqu’on avait préciser que nous allions arriver à 3h du matin et que cela ne dérangeait pas, ils nous attendaient! À notre arrivée, ils avaient donné notre chambre! Cela fut extrêmement compliqué pour les convaincre de nous donner une chambre ! Il affirmait que cela était la faute de booking !

I can't brag enough about the staff there. They really made the experience enjoyable.
Pros:

When we arrived the computer systems were down creating complications in designating people to their booked rooms. Yet the staff remained cheerful, fun and professional while resolving the stressful issue, and getting us settled in.

Cons:

The breakfast left a little to be desired. The gravy was gloopy, the eggs were watery, the bacon was cheap thin microwave bacon. The oatmeal was do it yourself packets, and the bananas were brown. Still, there was a waffle maker, a couple cereal options, and cups of yogurt, and the coffee was really good.
