Over all friendly staff just need better cleaners

Cons:

Floors very dirty obviously not mopped made the bottoms of my feet black when I walked on them

Pros:

Everything was very good. My ground floor room seemed to be a bit noisy as it was near the front lobby and people
could be heard having louder conversations near the front desk. Other than that it was just a very nice stay.

Booking.com issue ruined stay
Pros:

Debbie Pace was extremely helpful in assisting me in resolving the issue created by the night clerk Steven (see below). Debbie has excellent customer service skills and is an asset to your organization.

Cons:

When I arrive in Thursday evening, the night clerk, named Steven, could not find my reservation because it was listed, by a third party (Booking.com) as "Kalmar Bill" rather than "Bill Kalmar". This required me to book a second stay, and resulted in hours of haggling with the online third party (who Debbie assisted me with). By the way, Debbie found the reservation immediately the next morning. Steven was disinterested in problem solving and surly.

Disappointed in what seems to be deceptive advertising.
Pros:

It was clean and convenient to the interstate

Cons:

They had a horribly unappetizing breakfast and their (unadvertised on Booking.com) pet friendly fee for 1 pet for 1 night was $75.00, nearly doubling the cost of our stay.

Nice rooms, but smaller than most.
Pros:

Nice clean room with a Euro feel. Good location if going to the Auburn, Cord, Duesenberg Museum.

Cons:

The room was smaller than most and the breakfast was only Okay, with the pancake maker out of order and they were out of oatmeal.

Wir haben über 1 Stunde am Front Desk verbracht. Erst als wir Booking.com eingeschaltet haben , 22€ telefonkosten, konnten wir das Zimmer irgendwann beziehen .

We were disappointed
Pros:

No carpet, good location

Cons:

The noise. We specifically asked to be put away from others as we wanted a quiet night of sleep with out kids. We were told we were put at the end of the hall for that reason. Yet there were people in the room next door making noise well into the night. Also, the stairs were right outside our door and it was very noisy each time the door was open and shut.
