Pros:

We had no hot water in our room. The Assistant Manager Debbie P. went above and beyond to get us a hot shower the morning we left. A guest did not check in and we were able to use the shower in that room.

Cons:

Not having hot water, and finding out it had already been fixed a few times prior.

Staff was great. Super friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Bathroom wasn't very clean. Found lots of hair on the floor and in the corners. The wall colors were also too much, just really overstimulating. I would have preferred neutral colors, or at least colors that went together, instead

STRONGLY recommend you stay elsewhere and reconsider having a third party in between transaction
Pros:

roof over our heads and decent breakfast

Cons:

floors not clean and room smelled like dog, bed frames protrude from mattress four or more inches so banging shins and knees, alarms going off at 6AM in my room and empty rooms that were not set, management made promise to credit portion of bill then at checkout blamed third party (booking.com) for her hotel not being able to give us credit. I brought four generations of my family to this hotel for this wedding and we will never use Hilton or booking.com again. Management's lack of integrity and your involvement cost me about $350.
