Very clean
Debbie Pace was extremely helpful in assisting me in resolving the issue created by the night clerk Steven (see below). Debbie has excellent customer service skills and is an asset to your organization.
When I arrive in Thursday evening, the night clerk, named Steven, could not find my reservation because it was listed, by a third party (Booking.com) as "Kalmar Bill" rather than "Bill Kalmar". This required me to book a second stay, and resulted in hours of haggling with the online third party (who Debbie assisted me with). By the way, Debbie found the reservation immediately the next morning. Steven was disinterested in problem solving and surly.
It was clean and convenient to the interstate
They had a horribly unappetizing breakfast and their (unadvertised on Booking.com) pet friendly fee for 1 pet for 1 night was $75.00, nearly doubling the cost of our stay.
Nice clean room with a Euro feel. Good location if going to the Auburn, Cord, Duesenberg Museum.
The room was smaller than most and the breakfast was only Okay, with the pancake maker out of order and they were out of oatmeal.

No carpet, good location
The noise. We specifically asked to be put away from others as we wanted a quiet night of sleep with out kids. We were told we were put at the end of the hall for that reason. Yet there were people in the room next door making noise well into the night. Also, the stairs were right outside our door and it was very noisy each time the door was open and shut.
Paint peeling in areas of room, esp corners where taping was done before paint.
Very noisy as our room faced highway. Cardboard scrambled eggs were not at all appealing.
The hotel itself was beautiful but the communication between staff and booking.com is horrible
The staff doesn’t not pay attention to anything. My husband and I went down for breakfast at 9:30 after being told breakfast was till 10. The lady working the desk doesn’t know how to tell time apparently
The location was convenient.
The property did not have a pool as it was advertised on the website. The staff were not kind. They were rude and dismissive.
room was clean and breakfast was good
We had no hot water in our room. The Assistant Manager Debbie P. went above and beyond to get us a hot shower the morning we left. A guest did not check in and we were able to use the shower in that room.
Not having hot water, and finding out it had already been fixed a few times prior.
