We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were always friendly and helpful throughout our trip. The location is great — close to attractions, restaurants, and public transport. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area!😊
Good location, good service, good view from the cafe
All very nice
Central hotel in the middle of Quanzhou, close to the main sights. Welcome ice cream cone! They mistakenly charged us again (and here I'm still not sure, DID they really double charge us?), but over the next few days, took great care to ensure that the charge was reversed. I was unable to check my card on my end, but the staff at the hotel tracked this for us over several days. I can't commend them too highly for the care they took! The hotel also provided free laundry with automated washing machines!
Not a negative for Holiday Inn, but another brand hotel we stayed in also had the same automated washing machines, and they provided a staff who transferred the washed clothes for tumble drying, then delivered the clothes to our room! So they get extra points!
