Wir haben uns in diesem Hotel vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das ausgesprochen freundliche, unkomplizierte und stets hilfsbereite Personal, das jeden Gast herzlich willkommen heißt und für eine angenehme Atmosphäre sorgt.
Die Zimmer sind sauber, komfortabel und gepflegt. Ein großer Pluspunkt ist das direkt angrenzende Restaurant, das mit sehr guter Küche, frischen Speisen und aufmerksamem Service überzeugt. Nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag kann man hier entspannt den Abend ausklingen lassen.

Old furniture, dirty carpet, the whole room was decorated probably 30-40 years ago.

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt verkehrsgünstig im Zentrum von Hohenstein-Ernstthal. Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden. Die Zimmer sind groß und recht komfortabel; das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Frühstück gut. Großes Lob verdient das im selben Haus untergebrachte Restaurant „Due Fratelli“.

Cons:

Der Tv-Empfang ist verbesserungswürdig.
