Pros:

We have always wanted to stay at the Brownwood Hotel and felt it would be a excellent place to celebrate our anniversary. The building is clean, delightful and well appointed. Our room was nice, the employees were polite, helpful and attentive. The breakfast, at your studio restaurant was excellent.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the pool was shut down the day we checked in and did not open til the day we were checking out. We went to the Brownwood Hotel for our 63rd anniversary because we felt it was a great place to celebrate and relax, but we were very disappointed when we learned the pool and its related facilities was not available.

Absolutely wonderful hotel at The Villages!
Pros:

What a gem! It was a last minute reservation as we were going back home and we needed a place to stay for the night. This hotel is fabulous and has a Wolfgang Puck restaurant and a bar with live music.

Cons:

Rate does not include breakfast.
