Hello I came in to stay with a friend. I also went to an event, and the director of sales was very cold and not very nice. In fact I get more service when I go to the Hilton. No one smiling no one cares. It’s been a very horrible experience by the way, and I travel all the time. I will not be back here ever it’s been horrible. Even the front desk is cold. Nothing wrong with being a little happy and cheerful and giving good customer service. I will be reaching out to GTMJ Investment Group, LLC. Be better. I am adding this everywhere I can. Yelp and trip advisor. Ty
The hotel was in a perfect place. The motive was beautiful. Cleanliness was impeccable. Service was even better.
The bar area too dark and small
I am vision, impaired, and me, and my girlfriend spent the night over there, and when the staff found out about my disability, they went above and beyond for me so I greatly appreciate it. Everything was tidy and well put together. Bed was super comfortable. Bathroom was super clean. More than enough essentials that I needed my new favorite spot.
There was nothing not to like everything was great
Very warm and welcoming and pleasant to talk with at check in and check out
The pool and bar was amazing food from Wolfgang Puk was great
Not far from the highway. Decor that was both upscale and fun!! Staff was excellent- both pleasant and efficient!! I would definitely stay here again!!
Nothing negative to say!!
This review is just for the hotel bar and the attached Wolfgang Puck Restaurant. The hotel is terrific ... getting a drink or a meal, well not good for the solo traveler. I left my really nice room around 6 PM, took the elevator down and took a seat at a table in the bar. Two women on duty at the bar talking to each other, a few couples at the bar and three tables occupied. I read through my email - 10 minutes or so and realized that if I wanted a beer I would have to take action. Walked to the bar and got a beer. Finished it and then, well, if I wanted another I had to go to the bar and ask. The two were talking to each other about how long was left on their shift and what they were going to do afterwards. I got another glass of beer. Time passed. Want to settle up? Walk back to the bar - no table service today. Then over, across the patio to the restaurant. Got seated right away on the patio. Not too busy, about half the tables were empty. I read the NY Times through and the Reuters headlines on my iPhone. Just me and my menu. I realized that if I wanted food, I had to do something. So I left the table and sat at the bar, got served immediately - fine salmon/rice/veggie dish with Riesling. My recommendation if you're traveling alone - realize you're invisible to the staff. If you want a cozy seat where nobody will bother you all night, then a table at the bar or restaurant is perfect for you. If you want food or drink, well, belly up to the bar.
Great hotel. Neighbors were very loud at 1am. Security responded. Not as close to the Villages as I would have liked.
I visited the Brownwood Spa and self indulged with a Signature Facial. The spa is lovely and all of the staff are courteous and very helpful. I want to give a special shout out to Laura K who is not only highly skilled, but so pleasant, kind and filled with positive energy! My skin has never looked or felt so good! It was amazing and I will return!
