This hotel is perfect location if you are planning to visit Biltmore- it’s basically across the street. The front desk clerk said it was only 4 years old and I could definitely tell that it was a newer Courtyard. The room was very nice, spotless clean and spacious. Lots of plug-in spots and I loved the shower too. The higher ceiling helps to make the room feel bigger. If I travel thru Asheville again in the future, I’ll stay here for sure! Great value for the price!

The location was excellent and walking distance to restaurants and stores .

The outside noise level was contained so that was not an issue.
We did utilize the gym and the pool.
They were well both maintained.

Suite was clean and staff courteous. Complimentary Starbucks coffee in lobby. The bed pillows were amazing!

Beautiful hotel close to everything. But what makes it really special are the employees . Especially Misty at the front desk with her contagious smile and uplifting personality. Also Ryan at the lounge. Fun to talk to and very friendly. Both great ambassadors for the hotel.
