Seems like everything was new and clean.
Pros:

Location good to Biltmore but not a lot around it. Not close to downtown. Everything around it was impacted by flooding. Still recovering. It was very quiet. Clean rooms. Comfortable bed

Cons:

Wish there were places to eat close by. Need a little heavier blanket/comforter. It felt like just a sheet.

Pros:

It was so nice to get a bite to eat at the Bistro and not go out again for dinner. Staff was very pleasant. Beds were very comfortable.

Cons:

No tea bags in the room. Elevators were pretty slow.
