Cons:

ロビーがないこと、部屋が思っていた以上に狭く、半分近くが土間のようだった。電車が通るたびに騒音があり、眠りを妨げた。駅周辺の案内パンフレットのようなものがなかった。その割には料金高いと思う。

専用駐車場はありましたが、案内がなく有料駐車場に駐車しました 近くの駐車場は24時間料金ではないため、かなり遠くに駐車しました。 また、部屋のドアを開けるのが難しかった。ユニットバスが想像以上に小さかったです

ビジネスの宿泊として最高でした。
Pros:

小田原駅のそばにあり、飲食店も多く並び、朝早くから夜遅くまで食事で困ることはありませんでした。また、小田原駅ではお土産売り場が広くあり、忙しい旅程においてはホテルからの移動も便利でとても助かりました。立地最高でした。フリードリンクも設置されていてありがたかったです。

少し駐車場までは歩きますが、料金は安くて助かりました。

Pros:

駅から近い。ベッドが大きくて、清潔で快適。

Cons:

浴槽、手洗いが小さく使いにくかった。浴室ドアの端のカビ(それぼど多くはありませんが)が目についた。
