Bill had 2 different amounts. Receipt was $313 and my bank statement said $353 was charged ?
Room, carpet had a stain, and shower basin dirty, I did not use it.

Cons:

El personal del hotel, desde el gerente, la señora encargada del buffet, la persona encargada de la limpieza son bastante arrogantes, soy Colombiana y en todo el viaje por Estados Unidos, primera vez acá y por cerca de 15 días, me sorprendí de la amabilidad del estadounidense, sin embargo, aca fue el unico lugar en donde el personal encargado no fue lo amable que debe ser, teniendo en cuenta que el servicio es un área fundamental en el producto que ofrecen.
Lo demás, todo excelente muy agradecida.

Pros:

Staff are always great, the rooms were clean, we requested extra towels they were there. VERY VERY CLEAN AND COMFY!!!

I loved the comfort and quiet of the rooms. The breakfast was delicious. Having a kitchen area was so helpful. The staff were kind and helpful when we arrived a bit late in the night. I also enjoyed the excercise area and the laundry facility. We will definitely be back to stay next time we visit family again.

Cons:

That when our room was refreshed that the shampoo and conditioner containers in the shower didn't get refilled but that was minor.

I will continue to use Home2, my stays in LA and Vegas were great. Fresno was a disappointment.
Pros:

Home 2 has the ability to house my family of 6 without needing to purchase another room.

Cons:

Disappointing breakfast service and seating area. Room didn't have the blankets or pillows to support my occupants. Phone was disconnected. (Is that a liability?)
