Pros:

Bed was comfortable, clean, safe

Cons:

Shower was slippery, need more safety bars, layout of room was weird. Breakfast was ok.

Hoewel de airco op of stond bleef deze draaien en herrie maken. Dit ‘‘s avonds nog gemeld bij de receptie. Was niets aan te doen, dit was al bekend!!!?

The only negative was that Google Maps could not get us to the hotel and the access is very confusing. It requires driving through the parking lot and around the back of a neighboring hotel.

Excellent!
Pros:

Location, Staff, breakfast, and the free apples. Felt very welcome, rooms were Big and clean! Will be back!

Cons:

Having to put the key in the door to turn on the lights. I know this is a new thing across all hotels to save money on electricity. Just annoying 😑

The property was nice and well located.

Cons:

No in-room service the three days we were there. The second day I specifically requested to have the room turned over. It still wasn’t done. When I contacted the hotel later that evening they said we left the door card on the door so it’s their policy to not enter. We specifically removed the card and the housekeepers were in the hall when we left. Very disappointing! No trash emptied, nothing. They did drop off fresh towels when I complained. It would have been nice though to have the trash emptied and stuff during our three day stay.

Pros:

Good location and easy parking. Large room. Housekeeping staff friendly and efficient. Some front desk staff friendly and caring. Some not so friendly or caring. Laundry nice. Workout room.

Cons:

Bkfst food poor and limited, microwave missing leg, refrigerator leaking, shower small and mold under bench, decor dated, mismatched, carpet dirty, air/heater not working, room overlooked dumpster and loud pickup.
