No quiero molestar a nadie al personal de limpieza insentivenlo hagan un pequeño detalle para ellos para que hagan su trabajo con más ganas con amor.preocupense por sus problemas aveces hacen el trabajo porque tienen que hacerlo . Aveces andan problemas sin resolver y necesitan una mano .que se sientan cómodos cuidados muéstrenles que son importantes que los valoran. Prueben y verán el cambio en la limpieza del hotel.

Nice for the price....
Pros:

I loved that the facility was fairly new and well kept up. I loved the colorful decor. The breakfast was ok for the price. I loved that we had real plates and utensils. It did kind of feel like home whenever we walked through the door of our room.

Cons:

The faucet in the bathroom did not reach far enough into the sink, and made it hard to rinse a towel under. Also I don't understand why in such a humid climate there was no air fan in the bathroom which would be nice for a little additional privacy in such a small space.

The rooms were new and very spacious. Bright and happy. Breakfast okay.

Cons:

NO HOT WATER. MULTIPLE PEOPLE COMPLAINED OR INFORMED STAFF.

THEY TRIED FIXING IT MULTIPLE TIMES. IT DIDN'T WORK.

Clean and close to the parking lot for cruise parking.

Cons:

Breakfast once something’s ran out they were never replenished. Like the yogurt some of the foods. The sausage patties was horrible. It was a funky red color. I have never seen sausage patties like them.
