La habitación es espaciosa, moderna, con harto espacio para guardar las cosas y así poder mantener todo ordenado
- Al hacer el check in, recién me informaron del cobro de estacionamiento de $10 por noche.
- el aseo era muy superficial, las manillas de los muebles estaban pegajosas, detrás de la tv había mucha suciedad.
- donde va el papel higiénico, pegajoso y con suciedad pegada.
- el microondas estaba sucio con algo como salsa de tomate
- el cajón del refrigerador estaba lleno de agua
Pero creo que lo que verdaderamente imperdonable es:
- tener que pedir que rellenen las cosas para el desayuno. Siempre llegábamos antes de la hr peak y todas las mañanas habia que pedir que rellenaran el termo del café. Pedir que trajeran platos y cubiertos. Los que eran todos desechables, por lo que no entiendo por qué siempre reponían con una pequeña cantidad y había que estar pidiendo.
- Hicimos la reserva para 6 personas. La habitación cuenta con 2 camas dobles y un sofá cama, donde caben 2 personas.
La habitación tenía de todo para 4 personas, pero nada para 6. Pedimos toallas, loza y cubiertos y toallas extra para tener para los 6.
Nos dijeron que no podían darnos para 6, sino que máximo 1 extra. Bajamos a recepción explicando que éramos 6 y necesitábamos 6 de todo. En la reserva, ellos también podían ver que somos 6. Sin embargo, siempre era la misma respuesta "la administración solo permite traer 1 extra". Si es así, entonces no deberían aceptar reservas de másde 5 personas,, a pesar de que caben 6 personas sin problemas.
- El personas, muy poco amable. Excepto Francis de recepción. Siempre fue muy amable, con una sonrisa y dispuesto a ayudar. El resto, con pocas ganas de ayudar y con mala cara.
The room was spacious and well laid out. The staff was accomodating and friendly. Breakfast was sumptuous. The manager Joshua Aldrich is the man with plan because help you he most definitely can.
Hotel GM Emma was very warm, friendly and proactive. She was able to accommodate us with a last minute room switch (someone else orig made our resv) and we got to check in sooner. Room was clean, had so many amenities, good variety of breakfast food and indoor pool very nice! Friendly & hardworking hotel staff - Sergey & Cecil - enjoyed their company while relaxing & reading on lobby couch. Nice outdoor fire pit for socializing at night. Thank you for a great stay - wish it could've been longer 😃
Since the end of September/beginning of October 2025, my husband and I have been living at the Home2 Suites by Hilton Norfolk Airport due to a water loss at our home. What we expected to be a short stay has turned into a much longer journey, and we may be here for another six months to a year. Because of that, this hotel has become more than just a place to stay—it has become our home.
The staff here have been absolutely amazing. Emma, the General Manager, is wonderful and truly cares about the guests and the property. Josh has been an incredible help throughout our stay and is always friendly, professional, and willing to go the extra mile.
When I had surgery, the kindness and support from the staff meant so much to me. They checked on me, offered help when needed, and showed genuine compassion during a difficult time. It is rare to find people who care so much about their guests.
Every front desk employee has been welcoming, patient, and helpful. No matter what we need, someone is always willing to assist with a smile. Living in a hotel for months at a time can be challenging, but this team has made it so much easier.
The only suggestion I would make is that the maintenance gentleman could really use some help. He works hard and does a great job, but one person can only do so much, especially at a busy property with long-term guests.
We are incredibly grateful for everyone at Home2 Suites. They have helped turn a very stressful chapter in our lives into something much more manageable. Thank you to Emma, Josh, the front desk team, and the entire staff for making us feel cared for and at home. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Norfolk area.
It was a very busy morning, lots of children helping themselves and staff had a hard time keeping up with the mess. If only parents would supervise their children better.

So my family had a house fire, and our insurance company checked us into Home 2 Suites. I have got to say this is the most family-friendly place since we've been here. We got here in February. We are still here. It is now June, and I want to say Joshua from the front desk, Emma, Maya from housekeeping, Avery, Jeffrey, Francis, and Sergei have been the most amazing staff members. There are so many more that I can't list at this moment, but if I was ever in a situation like this again, I would definitely come back to Home 2 Suites.
Emma has the most amazing smile that can brighten up anyone's day. Josh is just an amazing all-around worker. I mean, he makes our day so much better, and Jeff and Avery and Francis are the best desk workers. Let's not forget Sergei, who just makes looking clean in the building look like it's a joy. The team here is absolutely amazing, and Maya gives you that special touch every time she comes to your room. Just an awesome team of workers.
Want to give a huge shoutout to Malae for saving my stay. Some other guests were being incredibly loud, and Malae handled it flawlessly by moving me to a much quieter room and seamlessly taking care of the rate adjustments to make sure I was well taken care of. Outstanding customer service and highly professional! On top of the great service, the property features a really good gym that made the stay even better. Will definitely stay here again!

I liked everything
The hotel was cheerful, clean, quiet, and comfortable.. everything I need from a business trip. The bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in at a Hilton property and now I only want to book at Home2. Malae at the front desk was very kind, helpful, and professional. Also loved that there was a lamp with dimmer settings on the desk. Helped me wind down at the end of a long day. Can I give this hotel and stay an 11 out of 10? Seriously, I travel for a living and this was just a fantastic stay.

Room was not clean, there were stains on the linens/mattress and old food and other visible debris on the floors.

Cloudy pool, dirty pull out sofa and always had plates or bowls or milk or food missing at breakfast

We had to ask for toilet paper, kleenex, shower shoap, more towels-twice. Breakfast was poor-ran out of cereal and milk. garbage left in hallways.
Clean.
The smell of clean hit us as we walked in the front door. It was late and we had left our other booked hotel after finding bedbugs. We were exhausted and ready to sleep. Check in person was very kind and quick with getting us to our room efficiently.
The smell of marijuana in front of the hotel was off-putting upon entering and exiting the building late at night and first thing the next morning. I realize there is little you can do about this.
The rooms were clean and the staff were very friendly. Enjoyed the TV and breakfast options as well.
Love it came all way from Philly for track competition nationals we enjoyed ourselves this my son fist time at hotel we enjoyed it

The pool was small and my room was different than what I expected.

Non smoking in the inside but smoking should not be allowed just outside the main entrance
Property was clean and open and inviting
Two issues the shower wasn’t cleaned and the head of the shower was rusty and you can see the build up. Also you provided shower gel and shampoo but no conditioner. I’ve been at other locations where they had all three. Just a suggestion to think about.
