Cómodo pero podría mejorar para su precio
Pros:

Limpio y con todo tipo de servicios. Te cambian toallas y pijamas todos los días aunque no lo solicitas y te limpian cada tres días como en el resto de Japón

Cons:

El desayuno es una cafetería situada fuera del hotel a dos manzanas. Aunque no está lejos, no es cómodo tener que salir para desayunar y el desayuno es poco variado, a elegir entre cuatro tipos de sándwich o tostada sin más y un café.

I stayed at other Apa hotels in Tokyo, this one is most basic one, no restaurant, no onsen like in Apa akasaka , no coffee machine in the room

Прекрасный отель, стоит своих денег
Pros:

Отличный отель! Рядом разные станции метро, комбини. Много разных ресторанчиков, где можно поесть. Транспортная доступность идеальная. Номер маленький, но так практически везде в Японии! В номере есть все: шампунь, кондиционер, гель для душа, все мелкие туалетные принадлежности. Меняют полотенца и халаты каждый день. Отличный отель, однозначно можем рекомендовать!

Останавливался в этом отеле во время поездки по Японии и остался полностью доволен выбором. Персонал работает на очень высоком уровне: вежливые, внимательные, всегда готовы помочь, при этом делают это ненавязчиво и профессионально. Заселение прошло быстро, все объяснили четко и понятно.

Номер оказался очень чистым и хорошо продуманным. Несмотря на компактные размеры, пространство организовано грамотно: удобная кровать, качественное постельное белье, хорошая шумоизоляция. Отдельно отмечу состояние ванной комнаты — все новое, аккуратное, без каких-либо нареканий.

Расположение отеля также является большим преимуществом. Он находится в удобном месте, рядом с транспортными узлами, что позволяет быстро добраться до основных достопримечательностей. В шаговой доступности есть магазины, кафе и рестораны, поэтому с повседневными вопросами проблем не возникало.

В целом, отель оставил очень положительное впечатление. Отличное сочетание сервиса, комфорта и локации. Без сомнений остановился бы здесь снова.

Located perfectly near 3 subway stations, main underground route. Perfect sound isolation.
Big TV. Everything for living (including microwave in the lobby). Room is really small, but it’s okay for sleeping and spending time outside. Suitcases are stored under bed.

Cons:

Toilet wasn’t warm)
Some footprints on the mirror in the room.

location is absolutely great. rooms are very clean, and they generously provide a lot of different toiletries which is nice.

Cons:

be prepared that rooms are super small. like very very small. I know that it is listed but reality hits -:))

“breakfast included” means that a really poor breakfast is provided in a nearby cafe. not worth it (the same “set” costs in this cafe 3-4 USD)

when it was raining, my room smelled badly and the staff said it happens when raining and there is nothing they can do about it.

Несмотря на небольшой размер номера, все устроено очень комфортно. Все удобства в наличии, чисто.

Cons:

Мы брали номер с завтраком. За несколько дней до заселения нам пришло уведомление, что в отеле завтрак не подается и нам придется завтракать за пределами отеля.
Считаю, что данная информация должна быть доведена в момент бронирования, тк завтракать за пределами отеля неудобно

Pros:

Единственное сильное место этой гостиницы это близость к метро.

Cons:

Мы взяли номер на двоих стандартный но он был настолько маленький что мы не смогли открыть чемодан! номер ни при каких обстоятельствах не подходит двоим людям. Ванная комната ужасно тесная, невозможно разместить косметику. также нет шкафа и вообще нет никакой возможности разместить личные вещи и достать их из чемодана. К тому же нам отказали в составлении чемодана на то время что мы выезжали посетить другие города несмотря на то что у нас было две брони в этой гостинице и мы должны были туда вернуться через пять дней.
