Our stay was great! The place was just as advertised and communication was easy. I had requested a toddler cot on arrival and it was there set up in our room. There was also water, juice, and champagne which was a nice touch. The beds were very comfortable and the apartment felt very clean. It was great to have a dishwasher and washer/dryer. The washer/dryer was a little confusing because I hadn’t used an all in one unit before but the office was very responsive to messages and they helped me figure it out. Location was perfect. You are truly in the center of Paris and very walkable. The apartment faces towards an alley street as opposed to a major road so it was fairly quiet for being in the city. Our stay was great and I would definitely consider HighStay again if we return to Paris.

The place is spacious for Paris standard, secured, convenient to public transport and shops/restaurants however the check in process needs to be improved. We arrived to find out that the mailbox code did not work. We had to call and turned out that the code they gave us in the email is incorrect. The door's code, they also didn't mention that you supposed to press # after all those numbers. We tried many times without it till I remember at home we often use # at the end and it worked.

Then we had issue with hot water on day 3. It happens to be on the weekend so maintenance guy is off. We called customer service and he happened to have a cheat sheet handy so he guided us step by step. Someone turned off the tank's faucet! Like how? And who did it? We still couldn't figure out to this day how this happened. This is a small water heater tank that if you have 3 people showering back to back, you lose hot water and have to wait 30 mins or so to bring it back. Anyway since that incident we paid attention to it daily when we return from our activities.

Lastly, one of the neighbor downstairs yelled at us when we were about to get out from the building accusing us for having kids running around all night disturbing her, which is not true. I was pretty offended when she pointing fingers to my kids and screaming. This is the kicker, my kids are in high school! Do you know what they do in the evening? On their phones! Not running around. So beware parents with young kiddos.

Would stay again - great location steps from central metro line and river. Comfortable beds (even pullout sofa) and well equipped with good coffee, tea, shampoo. Only quirky thing didn’t realize booking is two bathrooms in the bedrooms are shower/sink only…there is only one toilet in separate room by front door/kitchen.

Loved everything about this apartment. Spacious beautiful and surrounded by everything. Loved the vibe of the apartment and the neighborhood. The only thing we didn’t like was the restroom super tiny and inconvenient for a party of 5. Showers were spacious and water pressure was so good. Would definitely be back.

An issue with no functioning electrical outlets for 2 of our 3 days there was inconvenient and frustrating.

We knew a breaker or breakers had been tripped but couldn’t find the panel. It took two days for a technician to come and reset it. Given the rate/night, I expected a faster response.

Without our battery packs, we would’ve had no cell phones to use in the city for GPS and uber rides.

I wasnt aware i should make a deposit.

We difficulty with app for deposit and reservation personnel was not helpful. Unable to contact anyone after hours regarding hot water heater issue and could not take a shower.

This apartment was the first stop of our trip. It has secure access, a host met us at the apartment and showed us around. He was very informative and the company answered all our questions right away. The sleep sofa was perfect for our boys ages 9 and 10. The master bedroom had a king size bed. The bathroom was split. toilet in the main area and stand up shower and sink in the master bedroom. The place was very quiet as well, close to the metro and lovely coffee shops. We will definitely go back!
