Cons:

Rooms were not clean there were bugs. Bathtub had residue and was unusable. Towels were not provided in one bathroom. We were woken up by loud music in the morning at 7am which is against the property rules yet there was no one to enforce them.

Pros:

Location was ok

Cons:

It was unclean - stove and floor.
There were not pots/pans when I checked in - they were only provided the next day.
Dstv remote was not working.
No pots, I had to boil eggs in a kettle.
curtain/blinder in my room could not close fully so I struggled to fall asleep

Pros:

- Spacious rooms with comfortable beds;
- Nice water pressure in the shower;
- The place has potential to be perfect if they can invest in simple regular cleaning (both inside and outside).

Cons:

- INTRUSION OF COCKROACHES: that was bad. I hope I did not take some with me!
- Dusty: the place looks like it does not get regular cleaning!!
- Irritating sound at night from some outside electrical box!!!
- No streaming tv services like Netflix or DStv Stream; there is only traditional decoder based DStv which is a thing of the past.

Pros:

Location was excellent. Apartment was clean and neat.

Cons:

Second bathroom shower door was broken.
I had 3 adults and I child. Big Towels were given for 2 adults and 2 small ones

Very disappointing experience. The room was in extremely poor condition and far below acceptable standards. The couches were torn, the bathtub was broken, and there was an awful smell in the room. The towels were torn and discoloured, and the bed sheets had dirt stains, raising serious hygiene concerns.

Because of these conditions, the room was not suitable to stay in. I had to cancel my booking and find an alternative place to stay that same night.

Although I booked and paid for two nights, I was only refunded for one night. I was informed that the cancellation policy requires payment for the first night, despite the fact that the cancellation was due to the unacceptable condition of the room.

It was very bad.
Pros:

Nothing at all .

Cons:

Its not worth the money. I stayed for 20 days. There was no DSTV for 2 weeks. There no towels almost every night. Every was falling apart. I don't recommend it at all.

Good and friendly people staff
Pros:

Rooms were big and spacious , view of Sandton central 3 min to Sandton City mall

Cons:

Need to improve on carpentry and same of the items like bathtub and wardrobe are broken but clean
