excellant and friendly staff

Cons:

thin walls, children next door to non children guests (i.e lots of screaming and thumping on the floor and walls). very noisy.

My stay was just very disappointing because I’ve stayed her before with my family and it was good so this time just was

The room was not clean the bed had hair in it the bathroom had a smell of mildew the tub had dirt and hair in it . The bed had stains in it . The a/c would not work the whole night it just kept blowing out hot air . For breakfast that was awful you had workers walking around not trying to help with anything. The workers was not refilling food as they seen it was getting low . There was only one waffle maker working I just feel it should’ve been 2 or 3 . I’m just so disappointed!!!
