Black mold in the air conditioning, air conditioning was broken couldn't get it to not stay at 68 degrees was very cold all night. Tv was broken.

Comfortable and quiet stay in a convenient location and trails in walking distance of the hotel.
Pros:

Super friendly staff, clean hotel, quiet and very nice room and extremely comfortable mattress. Great coffee!

Cons:

The pet fee of $75 was quite steep. Breakfast was so so…not a lot of variety of fruits.

When pulling out of property there is a blind spot because of a tree. You cannot see on coming traffic.

Pros:

It was very clean, and the staff was very friendly

Cons:

Parking was horrible. There were no spots available when we got back in the evening. During the day or morning kids were running up and down the hallway and sounded like they were coming in the room
